Also I agree with the point KK has made about Seher not realising the kind of damage she has done to SaHil's relationship. When Sanam was telling Dilshad that how Aahil loves her and trusts her, Seher should have pondered about the instances when she was trying to maintain a distance from Aahil. Perhaps, this realisation and her guilt would be shown after they learn that Aahil has unknowingly married someone else.

Had Seher=Ahil nikaah happened, or Seher got intimate with Ahil, then yes, Seher would've damanged Saahil relationship.
What she has done (conning) can be undone? What Billi has done (nikaah) cannot be undone?
