i think Duppata is way too long 3 meter

its always loose from back... She tuck chunari on,her blouse cover her back half ...

it can be tightened...

It is not traditional South Indian that she is wearing. More of Gujju/Rajasthani style, and there the fabric is draped like this only. Have always seen a bit of it hanging in similar way.

So, it is NI style...

And the reason must be the tradition of taking pallu over head...

So that much leave rage is left of the fabric...in case it is required to be taken suddenly...just remove that pin at the back...and you have addl fabric...😆

In South, there is no such tradition, so not required...
