Ahhh today is the third day and though the ache is less relatively, it's still there. I even took a painkiller yesterday which is something I never do, anyway painkillers never help my cause. And then I remembered that my real elder brother is a doctor. 😆 (you know how ghar ki murgi is daal barabar)
So I called him on Bhai Dooj and he told me to drink lots of water and suggested a few positions that would relax the spasm. So much for unaccustomed exercise. 😆

For a minute there the real elder brother through me... AMan the way you are admiring your reel elder bro's biceps is indecent man... Either change his status or change your taste... One or the other had to give...

I know what you mean by pain killers... Never works for me and I have this thing about taking medicine internally... I would rather do any medication externally but freak out if I had to take medicine internally...

I had to climb Adams peak once and I had my legs bowed and buckled for more than a week... I was looking horrible and my mother every time she sees me burst out laughing instead of sympathizing with me... 😲. This went on for a week... but I get my normal limbs back after a week of constant sponging and soaking my legs in warm water...

I used to put Rangoli too, with colored desiccated coconut and then too the legs muscle cramp up big time... But warm bath definitely helps...
