I have never had radish ka sabzi. In fact, two days back I looked at a radish and wondered if it can be cooked as a sabzi.

Peel and grate the radish...

Green chilly 4 or 5 cut fine

For seasoning...

heat oil in a pan

add mustard...wait to splutter

add a few curry leaves

add green chillies

add the grated radish and salt to taste

cook till the raw smell of radish is removed

PS - very good for digestion

Yes it is nice with roti and take one medium size radish for each person...once it loses the water content it will become less in quantity and you cannot eat too much of it either
