Thanks Aami... I am trying to sleep as well...

I have this curse that I can sleep only 4 hours a day... The rest of my family can sleep at any time anywhere... 😭

I can only rest in my own bed and that too for the maximum of 4 hours...

I wonder anyone of you guys are also having that problem???

Oh wow, that does sound like a curse.I'm sorry to hear that.

I wonder if there some kind of a natural remedy to help you with that - Mani, you know of anything??

Some of my cousins can sleep over 12-15 hours straight, the most I can do is probably 8!!!

I am a chronic insomniac . I barely get 3 to 4 hrs of sleep.

Remedies won't work with sleep.

But I suggest yoga

Yeah, Amma makes breakfast on weekends, and then we use leftovers from the weekends throughout the week- she's awesome like that :D

Do you need lights all to be off too? Because I've heard darker rooms help as well.

Choti, haven't been to the Saravana Bhavan in SF, but have been to the one in Delhi...Not as good as ghar ka khana, but still not bad!

I didn't know there was a Dasa Prakash in SF! Have to look for that the next time I am in the area!

Have you been to Amber? It is pretty good!

Re Re, try not using your laptop/computer and/or not watching TV before going to bed...stop using them at least half an hour before going to bed! That is what my doctor told me!
