SP ki trp's😆 Sach main high time the 6.00 pm and 6.30 pm shows also come in top 10 😆 . The difference between them and zee is almost the tvt of colours / life ok . ( earlier used to be sony 😆 )

tht to i doubt...yaar...evn sc is nt there...eht and egb and ebp...

see dia and jaya...evn 11 shw trp is higher thn all shws on colors..

It's been this way for a long time, with very few hiccups ... even during IPK, which was the first time I started noticing all this 😛 ... SP shows used to rule the roost. They are humungous as a corporation, and are getting bigger and bigger every day.

The good thing is they seem to be trying to experiment now ... Veera, Mahabharat, EHT and YHM are different shows ... though saas bahu DABH and SNS still seem to rule the roost 😕

Anyway, the industry thrives on competition ... so its not like the other channels are going out of business. There is space for everyone.

Isn't that what daily soaps and basically all popular forms of entertainment are 😆Use and throw.

SP has the distribution diya ...no 2 ways abt it. Their domination has become an outright monopoly.

Yeah the other channels will survive , if sony can open another channel after the dismal show of their current ones , then I think all is good 😊

Distribution is not the only issue, Guinea, because CNWK does get TRPs ... and so do most of their weekend shows. SP is dismal on weekends. Seems viewers have fixed habits and don't change easily ... so as long as SP keeps dishing out the same or similar shows during weekdays, viewers will keep watching, just because they don't switch channels in a hurry 😃

But there is place for all ... sheer numbers in every state in India are bigger than most European countries! I work in the slums ... and in a survey we did, I was interested to find that homes may not have fridges ... but they have TV's. The reach is quite amazing ... and none of these are covered under the TRPs. I actually find CNWK is HUGE ... every kid used Babuji ka thullu as an expression of speech these days! So Colors does have reach ... but it is not documented.

On another note , just found out today that sanskaar ended 2 weeks back and colours has been airing uttaran at 7 pm for the past two weeks. 😲 ( the original episode still comes at 10 pm )

What are the chances that like zee which moved PR to 6.30 pm , colours might do the same to uttaran ...move it to the 7 pm slot.

They definately right now have a lot of slots which have no shows ...6 , 6.30 , 7 .pm and 11 pm.
