That too, the 2 new shows ... good going for both. I think in both, the female lead speaking up and getting the upper hand has a lot to do with it ... maybe not the promo scenes so much. But then again, what do I know ... am not a TRP auntie. 😛

By the way, none of the unbiased fandom is seeing red about the ripped blouse and calling it copycat? It reminded me of the famous dori scene from IPK ... I would have thought unbiased fandom would be up in arms about how much better their god was when he ripped the blouse ... maybe they're just too busy justifying their love for the wonderful original unique show 😆

I didn't even think of that Dia because the IPK scene was so intense. The BI one came right at the end of the episode so I caught it while waiting for RR and quite frankly it had no intensity but to be fair it could just be because I didn't know what was happening in the whole scene so for those watching the whole thing it may have had an equal intensity.
How confusing it must be to be an unbiased fan in situations like this. How do you uphold the epicness of the original and defend the copycat as it too is 'original'😆😆

This is exactly where the crux of the matter is, unbiased fandom or always preying on one actress. What annoys me most is when some of them present themselves in an holier-than-thou garb and profess to give objective opnion which is negative and only on one actress.

Honestly, if I wished bad for someone (even a celebrity) and God forbid something happens, I would not be able to sleep in the night. If I can't wish someone well, than better not say anything, then be vicious.

I was watching an interview of Pankaj Kapoor where he was asked of some "gyan" being in the industry for 30 years. He said that as an actor he always has butterflies in stomach. Once an actor takes on a role there is always the anxiety of understanding the character, bringing it to life, whether it is being conveyed properly on screen and finally if audience accepts it or not. However, the latter is not in any actor's control, the best they can do is be sincere, dedicated and give their best to the role from start to the end of the project. An actor keeps learning throughout the career and there is no substitute for hard work.

This reminded me of Sanaya. In her interviews she talked of getting the nuances of Paro correct and trying to understand Paro as she is such a contrast to her real life. She understands her craft and work very well. A lot of thought goes into what she is doing. She makes it all look so effortless that one forgets the challenges she has overcome.

The biggest set of hyprocrites in my opinion are the ones who have commented on sanaya's exposure in RR in a lehanga choli 😕 ...i still remember parasmani poison said that paro is dressed like laila who is a prostitute 🤢
blouse opening scene ke baare main kya bolenge 😆 I guess to quote yesterear actress " if the script demands I will expose " 🤣
I guess its such a refreshing show 🤣 ki fresh air has to come from all directions

Parasmani poison said that? Hmmm... well there was anyway one comment from the same poison that got my gall... San can pose in a sexy blouse for a photo shoot but can;t do intimate scenes with a BD... that's the extent of the poison...

well i might be wrong, but here is my thinking..

You know with Kajol too I have heard this from SRK's mouth - he thought she was absolute bakwas when they did Bazigar, but when he saw the footage he realized what a luminous performance she has given..

anyway well the similarity i was going to bring to notice was that neither actresses, both my favorites have had a formal training. And i am not doing this to reduce the hard work of any formally trained actor/actress.
BUT someone who without an iota of training and still through her own performances improved herself step by step, is in my own opinion is the real talent.. people who are meant to be where they are..
Hard work, dedication in both cases is the same.. YET the talent which has not been formally trained yet exceeds most of the formally trained ones is the true talent..

Its like those child prodigies.. they just bring it from their birth, instead of nurturing with guidance and outside support.

Sanaya is one of those.. she was born for this.. she might have landed here by fluke thanks to her mom.. but once she got here i think she found her true calling.. and its her love for what she does which makes her excel..
cz i remember something that NB once pointed out.. Sanaya is from a really affluent family. working for a living or actually striving so hard to make something out of herself was not a survival need. thus its purely her having found her calling i see as the reason for her motivation..
She loves what she is doing.. n she is so so talented! She without being taught knows what to do and by now has perfected her craft...

also well. another thing.. an actor who can do an intense emotional scene for one second and then on the next moment giggle and laugh.. and then the next moment get back in to the character as a duck wading in to the water, that i think is that natural talent at its purest form.. those people r not method actors...

method actors i think might actually be putting in a bit more hard work too. cz they have not gotten that natural blessing compared to the ones like Sanaya and in the need to achieve what they want push themselves and through hard work try to reach and match those natural talents.. Ashish is one of those..

In any case both types - what is behind them s pure hard work and dedication.
