Haven't been able to progress beyond episode 2 but will be watching an episode or two this weekend. Compared to GOT, I really liked OB's story...edge of the seat entertainment, even though there are OTT scenes. Can't believe I am saying this, but after Sarah, I liked Helena by end of season 2. Poor thing can't seem to catch a break but then she is a trooper too. She trumps up every situation and is even there for Sarah and Kira. It took me abt 4-5 episodes of OB to get into the show but by then I was hooked. If the same does not happen for GOT, I intend to let go and try out TVD or might ask for recommendations later.

One character I have loved throughout GOT is arya stark and her bonding with jon snow... Saw Edge of Tomorrow and it was good. The dying and coming back to the scene repeatedly was attempted in Jake Gyllenhal's Source Code. JG was caught in a time warp and kept looping back to the same spot like TC. No aliens in that movie though but was a good watch from what I can remember now.

Have u seen The Million Dollar Arm and is it good?

Yeah, even though EOT used the same concept, they turned it around with repeats of the time wrap and kept us guessing if TC had a run before of the same situation...so that part was new.


Havent seem million dollar arm but the premise looks interesting.

Saw need for speed recently..man the cars are something

IKR, with Bugatti's, Lambo's, Saleen's etc. and racing. The movie was bearable but got to see Koenigsegg cars that I did not even know existed before I saw the movie. Since I have an in-house enthusiast, I can rattle off these names 😉

Frankly, I will deem either of them who works with him again immediately as fools. AS first needs to instrospect, gather a good team and then think of making a show..just money doesnt work (and he probably is hard on even that right now)

The trps have been increasing minimally..forum seems to like Myrah too..but then that was a given..but I dunno..unless there is drastic rise in trps..I dont think RR will survive beyond Sep

By leaps and bounds, it is my son who also religiously watches a BBC tv show called "Top Gear". He watches the cars while I just pay attention to the celebrities who grace the show. BC also featured in one of the recent episodes. All the celebrities are made to drive and are clocked on the time taken. My knowledge of cars, if I have any comes from him. Sometimes what he tells me (stats etc.) sounds greek, so I just nod my head...😆. Goes without saying that any car related movie, we have to watch on the opening weekend itself like NFS, F&F series etc.

Saw episode 3 & 4 of GOT and feel like I can watch it for now. In the joust scene in episode 4, I looked away when the death got too violent. Now, I have added Jon Snow to the list of people I like.

Jon Snow will remain there for a long time..for me Tryion entered the list too..I know he is a Lannister but damn that is one awesome character and actor

Lannister and good??? Till the 4th episode, these 2 don't go together but there has to be at least one black sheep in the family...😆. Which season will he be introduced in? Let me see if I will last that long with the show...😆

Read that as BC is getting busy with films, he does not have enuf time for SH. So, the next season might be in 2016 but will have a special 1 hr episode in between.

BC was in 12 years a slave too right?Dont they have a contract or so now that new seasons have been commisioned..I was looking forward to SH despite S3 not being the best

I likeed the first 2-3 seasons a lot..then they kinda went downhill and made shocking revealtions last season
but its a decent watch

Oh just watched Frozen again...Disney has a way with magical stories that's always so heartwarming to watch and moving away from the conventional man/woman true love was the icing on the cake 😊
