This is really sad - ANR, nageshwara Rao, father of nagarjuna is no more. He was an icon for Telugu film industry, so sad that so many famous Telugu actors/actress are leaving us. Will always love his portrayal of strict thespian in Seetaramayya gari manavaralu(granddaughter of Seetaramayyah). I love that movie and the half saree's that means wore in that movie were an rage, so much that for years to come the combinations still were old gold. Sigh, really feeling bad

Yeah, it really is shocking Ash. Still can't believe he is no more. He came to our college and he was a very jovial guy. I was in my degree when the movie Seetaramayah gari manavaralu released and all of us really went fida over the story/the movie scenes/songs/dresses and what not. In fact I got my daughter the green/pink half Saree combination because of that movie only - that was my favorite in the whole movie. My mother-in-law is still not believing he died, tonight I know they will want to watch one of his movies.

Yes she was and she was damn good. The movie was remade in Hindi with kajol and jeetendra and was named 'udhar ki zindagi' or something but for me between kajol in this movie and meena, it is meena who wins it hands down.

Pri saw your post and had to comment😃. When was the last time you wrote such a long post, 1-1.5 years back? BI seems to be slowly but surely attracting viewers.

Saw the Friday episode and agree on the cliched situations but the treatment being different. Even the satyanash hug moment between Aliyah and Zain was not out of place, it was a genuine comfort hug from one cousin to another. Based on one episode viewing this seems to be a soap where the story and the supporting cast is actually propping up the leads.. who may come into their own once they have settled in.

2. <font face="'Comic Sans MS', Times, serif" size="3" color="#3300ff">MU between family members... check...but hey...it is actually cleared and that too in the same episode...and surprise surprise...no man handling of daughter...instead guy is blamed fair and square n that too by dad...applause toh banta hai...he he...osman abdullah sahab...kya badhiya acting n dialogue delivery...fab only...ek baar bhi nazar/attention didnt waver from u...keep it coming...</font>


3. <font face="'Comic Sans MS', Times, serif" size="3" color="#3300ff">vamp of family...mother of hero...speaks up in favour of erring son...check...but hey ...she is shushed...whaaat...saas ko chup kara diya...woh bhi sasur ne...maan gaye...aur waise isi baat par fan ban gayi main cvs ki...yahi toh lack karta hai no 1/2/3 all serials mein...galat ko shai ka kambal lapet kar dikhate rehte hain...to please trp saas n all...</font>


4. <font face="'Comic Sans MS', Times, serif" size="3" color="#3300ff">hand grabbing n dragging across the set...check...but hey the girl is spared this time... righteous dad grabs seeming erring son and asks him 2 pay for his unbecoming joke...kya baat kya baat kya baat</font>


5. <font face="'Comic Sans MS', Times, serif" size="3" color="#3300ff"> people deciding/announcing faislaa for bride...check...but hey...the bride actually speaks up...says zindagi iss nikaah se shuru hokar isspar khatm nahi hoti...bravo girl...arent u scared of trp aunties...u seem to sound like an educated aaj ki nari...in the truest sense...quite creative...nahi?...she actually says she wont just accept any decision just coz it has been made by elders...wont it just give ground to all the false allegations levied on her...arrey bandi ke paas dimagh hai...aur yeh toh bolti bhi hai...without any extra histrionics...debutante u said...good going ladki...keep it up...</font>


6. <font face="'Comic Sans MS', Times, serif" size="3" color="#3300ff">precap shows girl n boy saying to each other nikaah qubool nahi hai before the nikaah happens and decide to do something 2 stop this shaadi...lo karlo baat...ab agar yeh naya nahi toh aur kya hai...</font>

Fabuluos Pri ⭐️ The in tune with times as opposed to soapland ways is what attracting me to BI. But from the looks of it despite all the nay saying they are going to get married. But like I said before this is soapland so I'm ok with it. I sincerely hope that they give us a different take on post marriage track instead of bitiya and bitwa deciding to give the marriage a "six month trial"!
