Yes that's true. Sushant has approached it the right way. He's very PR and networking savvy and was an assistant director to I believe Raju Hirani before he became an actor. He already had industry connections.

I know this is blasphemy to say but frankly Barun has more innate acting talent than Sushant. I've always found Sushant mediocre except for his dancing skills which are exceptional (no surprises - he trained with Shiamak Davar).

Barun does seem to have some other issues going on - his appearance baffles me these days. Why does he look so down and out? He has such a sad face these days - it's disheartening. I've seen tons of his old pics and he never looked sad in them.

Oh my goodness - not Gurmeet please!! I doubt any PH is dumb enough to do this.

The top actresses again are not networking savvy. They are content to get their steady fat paycheck from serials and then get married and retire. And these days they don't even have to do that. Neha Marda the lead of Doli Armanon Ki is married and made a comeback post marriage.
