BTW, I got a tip-off from a friend in Rr forum. Apparently our popular friend (PQ) held us (bashers) responsible for Barun's condition these days. She said that it is because of the horrible things we said about him in our cc that his life is like this today.

However the post was trashed by the mods as she had reported it immediately.

Vyas am a bit more conversant with Indian television this year thanks to my research last year of all indian soaps and even then I did not know Ashish wife was an actor working in QH till I read in a post

it is hilarious and saddening to see that all bengali soaps are now just copies of hindi serials..cant believe that there was a time when serials like Shei shomoy, subarnolota, tero parbon, ek akasher niche used to dominate bengali serials

It is very hard to create Anrav Khushi's chemistry...I just wonder where are all the talented bengali writers nowadays

But Kripa, even if the TV actors do get a break, they are not really accepted. Sushant , Ayushmaan, Rajeev Khandelwal... didn't really stike gold. They are there but they haven't created a niche for themselves as other new actors. Ranveer Singh has made a name for himself even though he is few films old. Ranbir Kapoor has the Kapoor clan behind him and his name is enough to get him films.

I don't feel these TV actors has the big screen presence.

BTW, Mahesh Bhatt in Koffe with Karan said that Kajol is the most over rated heroine. 😡 What does he think of himself? Martin Scorsese

yes Vyas. Robot bhaiyya is unwatchable, pure torture.

Thank god he wasnt cast in RR. Imagine the horror show. BTW Sanaya did say that during her auditions with male actors, she prayed to God immediately as soon as Ashish auditioned. Im not sure if that was a dig on Robot bhayya, as even he had auditioned.
