It's a piece of shit document that you have to fill. You have to say how much time you spent in a day doing which project. Technically, it's supposed to be filled on a daily basis. Since I am a pro at procrastinating, I do it at the end of the month. So I have to look at my mail, go through my IP log, and try and figure out what work I did during the month.
