Firstly you need to upload your pic in any image hosting website like imgur, photobucket avoid tiny pic after uploading your pic copy the BB code for the image and paste it here, the image will be there after you click post button

For photobucket you need account, its very easy but for imgur ( its i-m-g-u-r) you don't need an account
