What I don't get is the comment jaap. What is there in 100 people telling you you are a phenomenal writer versus 5 people telling you the same. If you believe 5, you'll believe 100. Waise bhi, on a scale of Chetan Bhagat (0) to JK Rowking (awesome), none of us are close to awesome. If your scale is Rushshri (doesn't make sense) to Appy Indy (writes unsexy po*n), then ya- everyone is awesome. Sense of proportion na.

When I had been a newbie, I hadn't known much people around here . So obviously, I started reading the most popular stories. So this Appy got about 500-600 likes on a chapter. I thought maybe she's good. I started reading her stories. First of all her rape of the english language put me off. But phir bhi ham ne himmat dikhai. Her concept was different I STILL kept on reading. Even her potrayl of giving out a social message wasDIFFERNT . Then I puked at her actually unsexy po*n. Well described maxine.
I had even sent her a pm regarding her grammar. What I got was I have no time to proofread.

Several other writers on the forum use the same excuse instead of improving. No time?
Semanti is the busiest person I know. She doesnt rape english. So all those writers stalking this IO Chat Club, this is for you. Please don't blame your inability to write english sans grammatical errors on time constraints. Accept it , do a crash course and improve.

So recently Gargee was accused of plagiarism. I haven't read her works. But what I came to know by stalking the complaints thread was that she had changed the character names and a few words here and there.
Now , if using the same concept and lines is plagiarising, then all FF writers can be termed as plagiarisers. They use the same lines , concept and characters and scenes as of ipk. Then why is it that they are not said to be plagiarising ?

Found the accusation against Gargee quite stupid .The chapter was similar but not entirely copied. She even had given due credit to the author. Why this ramanchi then?

I think many people, including myself, had a problem with it because the credit wasn't given until a member already accused her of plagiarizing. I don't think it was using the same concept that got her into trouble, it was because even the descriptions and the dialogues were very similar.

She changed it later on, and I thought that would be the end of that, so I am not sure what happened after.
