Shrenu girl is really bad... there is bad and then there is worse, she belongs to the latter category.

AS is doing good though.

Leads look dull together , Sarun used to scorch the screen with their presence , Maybe it is too early to comment on the Chemistry factor but no way in hell can this couple compete with Saroon's chemistry.

I might not get hooked to it but we can definitely compare IPK 1 with IPK 2.

I'm so glad we agree. I actually have history with Shrenu because I'm probably like one among the total of 10 people on this planet who saw her last show - Byah Hamari Bahu Ka. To think that the world's blandest actress could be picked by someone after watching her mariyal act in that show - the mind boggles! This show was already doomed.

i agree with eyebrow part...infact i couldnt concentrate on anything beyond it ...just like kkg s hairclips during rabba veys...he is trying real hard to look angry...i so wish if they selected descent pair of leads...!!!chemistry reminds me of dome ad ...tanda tanda cool cool!!!!

Yo yo yo. Just saw IPK 2. Here goes my review:

Hero doing Ferrari ki sawaari. A drop down from Arnavji's private jet. Mehengaai ka zamaana hai. Samjhe ya samjhaoon?

Comedy went the Anarkali way. Deewaar mein chun diya ussko.

Aastha's asthma waali acting. Couldn't choke up much acting skills.

Hairy hero...Ek Baar Phir. No sapne ki duniya with shaving kits in the start and hairy fits further on this time though. Ab dekhna hai toh dekho.

Daddy issues are too mainstream so they brought in mummy issues this time.

Mommy sucks= women suck. Seems legit.

Now I know why they never showed the invisible Aman in IPK. Poor guy was getting a treatment for his Aphasia disorder.

Shlock's (not so) shocking public beizzati of Asthma. Smart girl, didn't wear doris. Too bad she didn't take off chooris. Shcock said, "Dori nahin toh choori" Chataaakh! Sajan tumse pyaar ki laraai mein, toot gayi chooriyan kalaae mein, kalaai mein.

Can't wait to join the Chamelis! If only I could change my username right now. Feels weird when people call you Sri or Jeeta 😆 Nice name but still feels weird 😆

Sri bhi aur Jeeta bhi - marvellous review!!

OK - just finished watching so here's my mini review

Recession forced Laad Governor v2 to step into a Ferrari but apparently he has no clue how to accelerate that laal chhamiya - he barely managed to drag it past a Maharashtra Roadways bus.

When Sanka Devi v2 was introduced and surrounded by her aunties that's when a lightbulb went off in my head - but of course - Shrenu has classic aunty-face!

You know you are a Hindi serial junkie when you recognise that Sanka 2's mom had played mom in Kekta's maiyya's Kayamath back in 2007.

The flashbacks - this guy has severe mommy issues - the churi mazaa na degi woman had crows' feet around her eyes so assumed she was his real mommy - but it could be the never before seen twist of some cougar broke his heart and made him auraton ka dushman!

What godforsaken land are these phoren delegates from that their evening entertainment is kiddie umbrella dance?

Man - that play set was so tacky - Gullu may have become a cheapskate later on but she went all out in the first episode - that fashion show was like a real fashion show.

Avinash - he's trying to compensate for the droopy eyebrows and overcorrects by arching them all the way to the back of his head. Good looking guy, but totally miscast as a misogynist jerk.

I have a feeling this is going to turn into a bhaiyya bhajan session - but Barun was able to tap some asshole reserves deep inside and totally looked the part of angsty man with Daddy issues. Avinash looks like a mellow sweet guy who's being forced into a character that sits uncomfortably on him.

As for Shrenu - why waste words?

But man - I'll watch this - if only as an excuse to reminesce the good old IPK days - I suspect that's what most of us are trying to do - go back to those amazing discussions, arguments, posts.
