Noticed Arnav's skyward glance at the end of the song??? Challenging the DM to play with his destiny??? Or arrogantly taunting her about controlling the destiny of her favorite child?

BTW, was there any significance of Shyam's injury? Or was it woven into the story just because AM injured his leg in real life?

Today's blooper : Buaji asks Payal to make tea for shyam. But in the next scene, Shyam has the tea in his hand and payal doesn't even move from the room😕
