A few of us who never step out of the CC are living vicariously through the updates here about bahari duniya's ajeebness😉 so gracias sahelis!! Based on Psy's post, there seems to be quite a lot of outside IF focus to on this maha twist - looks like PH is going for the TRP kill this week and she may well do it, but will it ever be the same? IPK TRP's hit a peak in Jan-Feb but could never climb back to that level after that.

@Sri:- I don't think all twists will rake in good TRPs. I know for sure that Prem-Heer story died when Ekta played the same twist because the normal TRP audience couldn't digest a vamp tricking Prem and this was the normal TRP audience - one who are not on IF we are talking about. Now even IF people are not happy with the twist and I don't think the normal TRP audience will love and lap up this twist. I already have a doubt that this twist is the starting point for the serial turning south. Then let Gul play the next twist of Ayaan-Zoya and this serial would be in big soup.

Oh no Pri, Didn't you know - Gul is banking on redemption track to get Asad(KSG) the romeo look and rake in the TRPs. That is one of the reason why we didn't get ASR's redemption in IPK. Saw some spoiler photos of the same in the forum. But have to tell this - something ought to be wrong with the PH if the actors look terrible within the first year of shooting the serial with the PH. Look at Naitik/Suraj - they look the same even after 4+ yrs in the same serial. But Guru/Barun/KSG actually lost so much weight were looking as pale shadows of themselves within the first year. Either this PH overworks the actors or can't schedule their dates properly.

How are you and Alekhya doing? Is the sleeping at night better for the baby and the mom?

It was a PR nightmare for her yesterday starting with the "no-show" Today interview and then YT video being pulled down, so on and on. I think I have watched only one episode and tuned off for obvious reasons, never even had much of an opinion till the entire Anthony Bourdain- Deen face off.

This entire episode shows utter ignorance, woeful lack of decency and common sense on her part. I agree with the the comments on the NYT site "Persons preening themselves and making large fortunes of money in the public eye have a moral obligation to their viewers to set a higher standard than the rest of us"

I remember seeing her on Food Network when I was in US. Never quite liked her style of cooking as it was way too much of oil and cream in it. So what has happened with her. Seems like she is in some legal trouble.

This is classic Irony. Saras-Kumud promoting the re-run of IPK on Life Ok and SBS showed the promo shoot of Jennifer and GR. Star plus wanted IPK to air till Feb 2013 only as they wanted a show to stay in the spot till SC is ready because they were very sure that Saras-Kumud are going to be next jodi to rock the screen and ArHi would be forgotten by the viewers and now 6 months down the lane, SP is desperate for revenue and international audience and what better way to go than ArHi. Ab aaya na maaza. The thing SP didn't care of is the thing they are now advertizing with their new jodi to rake in the viewers who have long left the channel.

Plus, did you hear about Nigella Lawson and her hubby?!? Choking her in a public restaurant and having the audacity to call it "play fighting." Goes to show how pervasive abuse is..
