All said and done, whether you like her not, Gul is a good storyteller - at least in the first few months of her soap before it all goes south😕. I guess this scene is the equivalent of the Feb marriage for IPK - turning point and severe SRJ moments for the fans of the show, a point where quite a few took a breather ( at least with IPK). I am super glad that I am no where near the vortex of emotions that avid watchers are probably experiencing, the once bitten twice shy adage could not be more apt!😃

@Sri:- The only thing I would give credit to Gul is for casting perfect jodis. 4Lions is the only PH which was able to create good jodis in all of their serials. Rest all in her shows is always derived/inspired/redone of her previous shows. And somehow the way Gul writes her stories, I think they are good only for the initial 6-9 months. After that the story goes south and the complete show becomes bakwaas. One thing 4Lions ought to know is that a beautiful journey is more enhanced when the end is beautiful and memorable. Somehow all the shows of 4Lions had horrible endings where everything they themselves created, got destroyed. And I agree, this seems to be the scene equivalent to the Feb MU and I think the show is going south from now on. And till the point in time when 4Lions don't understand how to get good endings, I too am not touching any of their shows with the same adage as you have quoted.

Same to same thoughts Rads. Not only us, but the Fandom too thinks this and for the first time, I saw posts on Main Forum that said that they are happy the show closed.

Yes Biraj - the twist is same as Kis Desh wala twist where Ayesha traps Prem. But actually for that show, this twist spelt the doom and then TRPs started falling and the show was moved to afternoon slot and it died a painful and horrible death and Ekta actually agreed that twist was bad for Prem-Heer love story later on. Now have to see the fate of QH after this twist.
