Was this film 'A' rated then. Somehow I like the ratings in US which tells what to expect in the movie. I am surprised this scene didn't get edited out by the censor board.

Sakshi won last year without any dramatic rona dhona or Saas-Bahu stuff ... Her role was that of an independent and strong girl, still is after all the mess up Ekta did with her character.

As for popularity ... Is online forum the only yard stick, woh bhi IF ?? What about TRP ? That comes from all over India ... Initially it was said that only few thousands decides TRP so not countable but even after digitization DABH is raking in TRP's ... and I don't think there will be even slightest bit of change in TRP score board after the final digitization either. So the abuse and gyaan which TRP viewers are receiving from the lovely intellectual and redefined online fan following is amazing to say the least.

There are people like Sarada, Ash and Ragini (or whoever here I missed) who watch shows regularly on TV only ... TRP viewers ... So I can assume its a balanced out situation and DABH is doing something right in its making of the overall product no matter how cringe worthy I may find it.

All said and done Deepika Singh is not an actress to be awarded neither Gia Menek ... I wish Shena Wagh aka Ratan of Veera won ... She is amazing but I guess Indian Telly has yet not reached where they can award an actor who is playing a mother of two as Best Actress.

Also another thing I have noticed since last year ... Every year (I don't know about other fan following but as I have seen SI's I will talk about them only) everyone looks up to the awards and then after the result there is an out cry ... Awards are FAAAKKKEEE !!! So lets say if SI won keeping everything else same in the winner list that would have made the awards genuine??

I am in no way supporting a non actor like Deepika or Gia winning the awards but just an outburst from my side because the Barun Sobti phangirl in me could never enjoy all the awards he got last year, with Ram Kapoor being constantly in the nomination list too, because of this constant outburst of awards are FAAAKKKEEE out cry ... The only award I could happily enjoy with everyone was the Jodi award.

Guess its my problem rather than theirs ... I am the one who allowed my feelings to be clouded.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with homosexuality and I'm glad that bollywood is starting to show it now and embrace it and stick it up every politician's who likes to promise a "promising future". This is a step agead and a very needed one.

Riya, Homosexuality is not wrong and in fact Bangalore hosted Gay Parade but the villages and rural india is still not open to this idea and so I was surprised that this scene was let go by the censor board. I agree politicians need to be forward in thinking but I think that is going to be a long time as no politician would want to disturb the vote bank and vote bank is traditionally the rural India.

The awards are pushed by the channel and the production houses and like few people mentioned in the posts earlier, there is no reason for SP or 4Lions to push for SI for the award as she is no longer associated with either of them. That is how the whole awards are won and given out and that is why you have Deepika and Gia winning the awards because earlier it was Gia who was the face of SP and now it is Deepika who is the face of SP. Having said that I can never understand the logic of ardent Sanaya fans who never let anyone enjoy the awards IPK got last year. Agreed Sanaya was brilliant and should have won the award but when it didn't happen, they didn't let anyone else enjoy the awards too with posts like - 'Barun was good only due to Sanaya'. For me the whole team mattered and this year too I voted for all the 3 nominations but at the end of it when none of them won, I am okay with it because it is not the end of the world.
