Shocked to read delhi rape case.

Blame the law and order policies of the country. The trials of the culprits take ages and are left free on bail till the verdict comes . still no guarantee that the culprit will be punished. Even if punished , they r jailed for few years that is not sufficient to send the right message to the abusers/ antisocial elements.

Irony is that if death sentence for the grave offence is considered to be human right violation by HRA, what would you call such heinous act of ppl which leaves the victim neither alive nor dead and haunts the parents throughout their life ?
