It is regressive in some form or the other. Sometimes progressive shows also show a lot of regressive stuff to finally show that this is not the right way. But 90% of them are regressive in themselves. Look at IPK...the girl in modern clothes was bad...and when became good her clothes changed and she started dressing like khushi...Anjali lounged around her house the whole day never once believeing that she also should have done something...

But IPK was less regressive when compared to other shows...
