Indi, that is what it is. One would think that as makers and creators they would realize when the ball has been hit out of the park...way out! I'd think they would feel energized to do even better, to explore and elevate and give it their best... ensure they realize the full potential of this magical mix that was working so well, morphing into something bigger than what they began with, bigger than all the parts put together. At least one would think it would increase the responsibility of not letting your own craft down...

And here, they got scared of their own success, and saw it as competition for their new baby (or whatever it was that led them to drop the ball).

how could they or the channel even imagine that they could do a regular replacement of their character and still retain the magic and the following? tom nahin to harry sahi. Strange...

you know, what I find interesting is that TOI was one of the first to make sarcastic, borderline bashing posts on Barun's exit in mid Nov. I almost thought these are paid posts and the PH is behind them. And just look at them now. They've had 2-3 articles celebrating Barun as the next big thing on TV. So Barun is really right. If you're honest with yourself and honest to the work you do, it speaks for itself and eventually even the detractors come around and have to call a spade a spade!

Was preparing an essay for Mum for female and their various issues for a cause -- so came across this beautiful quote --

You're so right, especially the last paragraph. When IPK was going well and there was talk of QH, I had thought of watching it. although I am sort of allergic to KSG (haven't watched any of his shows, just based on what I've read here and there about him in the last few months), I have always wanted there to be a good, well written, well put together show that offers an authentic glimpse of contemporary Muslim life in India -- like I see in the homes and lives of my friends who are of Islamic or mixed heritage -- from all over -- Assam, Kerala, Bangalore, Kolkata...we've often spoken of why isn't there anything like that on screen. and QH would have been something I'd be eager to watch,

But the drama with IPK put me off so totally from watching anything by this PH. Not that they care, but they lost one potential viewer.

its a general writing -- on 31st one of these schools mum goes for social workl with her group for education of tribal village women which dad's company funds -- so that day morning there is a function where there will be some eminent people from different fields will be coming

So she came up with this - usually those honorary guests give a prepared speech or a motivating verbatum to these women -- and next day they will forget what they preached 😆

So what here they planning to do -- each one of the Chief Guest will be given a candle - with a small para of message with a quote and light that candle on that placard with the written words -- read that aloud as an oath for kind of new year resolution -- Mum belives atleast for some days it will stay on their conscience -- and they will remember every time they wanna not believe it !!!

So preparing placards for different range of topics -- girl education , women empowerment, health issues, afforestation , environment etc...

so breaking it down to simple few liners which is easier to relate...

What a lovely idea -- and so creative to break it down and sort of personalize it like this. the placcards could then be left at the school, put up on the walls or something like that. Like leaving something behind... a wall of messages...

Really like it, and also the candlelight idea. Like a simple ritual that reinforces the message...nice 😊

Feels after ages. Anyone else around?

I have come to terms with seeing Khushi's dress in other serials .. because I have seen it way too many times already. But ASR soft BG is something else! Can they really legally do that? I dont know .. but it was funny how they used it in the promo promising a confession ..

So is that trying to get the lost IPK viewers back to SP?? To some show that they think can make up for the lost charm?

They really dont know the audience yet. 😆
