Importance of Proper Practice Everything can be achieved with proper practice. Hence, the student should practice all problems as if he is solving them in the main examinations, i.e. in the proper format, with detailed working notes, and without using abbreviations / short forms. Prper practice has 2 benefits. 1.It would give the student an idea of how much time he is spending in solving a problem. He can judge his own speed and take steps to improve the speed if necessary. 2.His hand would automatically move towards solving the problem as if in the main examination, particularly in writin proper formats of accounts and in proper presentation.

FATHERs BLESSINGS

A young man was getting ready to graduate from college. For many months he had admired a beautiful sports car in a dealer's showroom, and knowing his father could well afford it, he told him that was all he wanted. As Graduation Day approached, the young man awaited signs that his father had purchased the car. Finally, on the morning of his graduation, his father called him into his private study. His father told him how proud he was to have such a fine son, and told him how much he loved him. He handed his son a beautifully wrapped gift box. Curious, but somewhat disappointed, the young man opened the box and found a lovely, leather-bound Bible, with the young man's name embossed in gold. Angry, he raised his voice to his father and said "With all your money, you give me a Bible?" and stormed out of the house, leaving the Bible. Many years passed and the young man was very successful in business. He had a beautiful home and wonderful family, but realized his father was very old, and thought perhaps he should go to him. He had not seen him since that graduation day. Before he could make arrangements, he received a telegram telling him his father had passed away, and willed all of his possessions to his son. He needed to come home immediately and take care of things. When he arrived at his father's house, sudden sadness and regret filled his heart. He began to search through his father's important papers and saw the still new Bible, just as he had left it years ago. With tears, he opened the Bible and began to turn the pages. And as he did, a car key dropped from the back of the Bible. It had a tag with the dealer's name, the same dealer who had the sports car he had desired. On the tag was the date of his graduation, and the words PAID IN FULL.

HOW TO UNLOCK THE "SUCCESS" ROOM

Trouble... Trouble...

Friends today, I am going to give some brief points or tricks to overcome by your day to day troubles or problems which you are all already faced will be face in future or still facing in your life in order to unlock the key of a room called "SUCCESS".

"Life is a cycle of troubles or problems" what I am trying to say is that Every human being should face the troubles or problems then only he/she can become master over those troubles or issues.

Friends always remember that success is not from birth, we have to get it or achieve it from our hard work, dedication. Why we differentiate common people with successful person? Not because of his amount of achievement, it's only because of his way how he turned his troubles or issues or failures into success or solution.

1. You might have seen many persons saying & keeping negative thoughts in their mind. They always search for a reason to avoid or escape from the situation. They will always use to say It was my bad luck. It was due to my lack of knowledge. I was in absence on that day. I don't have time to do this work, I was not aware about this programme otherwise I could have do this work etc,. Like this negative thinkers will always give some reasons. So friends if you really want to be successive in your life think positively and take initiative in your day to day works whether you are able to work or not that is not a matter.

2. Your life strategy plays a very crucial role here. Lift may take to 100^th floor very fast without putting much effort, but remember that if the same lift is out of service you have to walk down from 100 to 0 floor. Why I am saying you this situation? Yes, steps will take more time to reach your destiny so we are all depending on lifts. Is it right friends? Friends don't get depression on your failures, try again and again, failure or mistakes only makes man perfect. Think that your failures experienced or helped you to learn more. If a person cleared a exam in first attempt means he is good learner in the same if a person clear same exam in 2 or 3 attempts he is said to be more experienced or well worse in that paper. So just change your life strategy in to" let us face the failures until failure fails to face you".

"Strategy is about stretching limited resources to fit ambitious aspirations".

3. Be committed to your goal, Once you committed to do something don't take back your steps. In life opportunities will not knock your door again and again, It will come only once or twice in your life. So, try to grab the opportunity by keeping your door always open and enjoy the best of the best things from the same opportunity.

"Think thousands times before taking a decisions but once taken don't turn back, go ahead with that".

4. Everybody wants a satisfactory life. Like same way you also want know. If yes be motivated and be confident. Motivation is only tablet for increasing your confidence level. A child will learn how to walk, how to talk not only naturally but also internal motivation motivates that child to learn such things.

5. Try to do in a different way or different ideas you can put in a effective manner.

"Think big, Think fast, Think ahead, Ideas or not one's monopoly"-Dhirubhai Ambani.

"Think globally, but act locally"

6. Be Curious in your work so that you can do creative works.

"Curiosity is the key to creativity"

7. Time management is must in your all works. Schedule your whole next day before you move to bed. And think that this time is always right to do what is right.

Failure or problems comes before success even in the dictionary also. So, don't dare to face failure.

God gave a equal brain to all human being so let us use it for good purpose in good way for a better future.

Facing the failure is the only key to unlock "SUCCESS" room.
