Okay, you need to download video *Duhh* but they need to be QuicktimeMOV format. so download from YT, and than convert them using a converter.

Go to Photoshop, *Duhh again* Click on files > import > video frames to layers > and than select the video you downloaded. Select the part you want to make avi out of. To select, you need to press 'shift' key and than click the timeline.

After you do that, go to windows and click on animations, the layers should appear below, at the border of window. Now delete layers you don't want and if you want to color them, got to select > all layers. and than color just like you color siggies :)

Plus, you can crop them just normally!
