Ditto, LadyM...I haven't written off the show yet either...yes some things I'm not happy about and wish would go a different way but there hasn't been anything to completely make me lose my connect yet either...and yes the idiotic comments in the forum are more off-putting than the actual epi.

Yeah you can watch today's...it had more of the regular NBT flavor and less filler.

So does the dance and hum tum ek kamre meh band happen in the MahaEpisode? Or will it happen next week? I am asking because I am traveling this week and catching updates/episodes/discussions as I can... I am hoping to entirely miss it and "pretend" like it never happened. 😃

Edit: Kavya - 🤣 🤣🤣Super Rash ... you are a funny girl. So apparently Super Rash isn't as prickly as Rash herself!

I think the dance, room sharing, earring, khule baal sab kuch will happen in the Super epi...cuz today's epi ended on MM in the farmhouse wondering ki kahaan phas gaye...so I guess Super epi will open on Rash-Gautam saying ki bonfire karte hain aur baahar time spend karte hain...and then dance and all...and then baad mein hum tum ek kamre mein stuff...and simultaneously they will probably show the FIL waiting up for Megha or something.

I hope there is some big revelation at the end of the super epi...maybe a Mohan-Rashmi convo wherein he tells the truth about this drama also.

I will watch the super episode only if the pretend play is over and truth is revealed. 😊

I have reserved a spot to comment on today's episode ... thanks for opening a new thread... after yesterday's fiasco, I was wondering if I should post in the forum or not.

@LadyM,Anu : I agree with you guys! I too, haven't given up on NBT yet. Despite all the cliches that will be presented before us in the future I haven't lost the connect yet. I think I can ignore the execution on some level and move on with watching the show because Mohan falling for Megha is believable and there has been a build up to it. And like JZee was saying the other day, we never know what NBT team might pull off eventually.

@LadyM: Turns out Super Rash is easily curable by the mere mention of Ranbir Kapoor. Rash, on the other hand, remains the adamant irritating rash!

Anu...I just watched the first episode of PSH. The premise of the show is sick. Period. But I'd definitely continue watching it if they are highlighting this issue rather than glorifying a love story that will somehow emerge out of it. It might take time to get used to how casually everyone takes this custom...but personally I do like watching message based shows and something that's not run of the mill. I reallyyy like the girl's (What's her name subgi...subhi?) character too. She has got spunk...and guts...kisi ke saamne kuch bhi bolne se darti nahin hai. They've got themselves a great actress to play the character as well. Is she new? I think I have seen her before somewhere...

Yeah it's a very sick premise and does take some adjusting to but I too LOVED the girl playing Sugni and the way her character is being depicted...I think she's acted in Crime Patrol before this...read it in the forum somewhere...but yeah I'm seeing her for the first time.

Love story toh aayegi baad mein and remains to be seen kya hoga...but yeah somewhere they will weave it around this custom only somehow...just don't want it to be glorified as you said...for now Sugni's muh-phatness, her spirit, her quirks are nice to watch...

Watched half of the second epi...

Haan love story toh ho gi because her getting married may very well be the main point of the story only...and they could create a very different love story because of her being a Bedni. The girl's great...they have given her interesting quirks from speaking too-quick-to-understand to her sheer bluntness with EVERYONE...the way she so matter-of-factly mentions how she'll get married...she's something alright.

@SuperRash---🤣 Good one Kavya.

@not completely writing off NBT-- true that! There are still some of the original NBT moments when it comes to MN, MA and even MM. I guess our issue is mainly with the lack of cynic somehow lol and the insertion of this Chemistry director. I'm not saying he doesn't know anything about direction, but it's just that he should realize and accept the fact that his signature CHEMISTRY formulas wouldn't set right on MM. If it is true that he was also the one who directed that MM corridor and chai scene after PraCreep fall out, then THAT is what he needs to continue doing because even though such "wiping off tears" or "chai dhaba" scenes have been incorporated in other shows, the way that they executed MM's scenes still had its unique NBT feel to it.

Watch the END of the second epi...that was like DHAANSU...that's probably the moment where I really got the most hooked to Sugni's character.

Yeah the love story will deffo be woven around the Bedni custom...how Sugni breaks free from that even as she's shackled to it with her sar dhakaai or something...my guess is that Varun Badola will "acquire" her through the custom but not use her like the other Thakurs do and meanwhile that other lead guy in the show will fall in love with her and in teenon ka love triangle hoga.

The third epi was really nice too...I liked the scene b/w Sugni and her mom and ofcourse Varun Badola's entry scenes with Sugni.
