OK Jokes apart,Soni...actually I loved similar storyline in Jodha Akbar.When Akbar realizes his mistake,Jodha was not ready to give up and that really spiced up the story,I loved it !This time too ,you will enjoy it,don't worry.

Kiran - the novel perspective is fine, but please don't feel rushed about the translation, I can understand how busy work can get...

It's interesting how much english is used in their dialogues compared to DK - may be a sign of the times or may be it's the milieu in which the story is set (affluent + Yale-returned male lead...)...

Re Farida - I hope eventually she will realise how unhappy her son has become, how bitter he has become...

Mebe i caught up the show in 1 go...hence am being haunted by the title track...it is beautiful & meaningful.But it also reminded me of another old hindi song...possible u guys havent heard of it...hence am putting the link below... tis called Woh shyam kuch ajeeb thi from movie Khamoshi(a beautiful movie) hear the paras too...i am not saying Humsafar's track is copied or inspired but both songs belong to same raga family...i can feel it...basis: 8 yrs of vocal classical will train the most besura ppl as well...hear & give yur opinion pls...

You too Poojz? 😆Yep...I've finished giving my gyaan of this particular raaga to Tanu. Its Raag Yaman...I can give you a few hundred songs based on it from films..so yeh, somewhere they all sound similar since they are based on the same Raag. Its one of the most beautiful ones and my all time favourites 😊

on a really serious note... Kiran...i was kidding hun abt getting u to translate...agree with Nish/Usha...dont take it up coz it is an enormous task. We shall enjoy whatever u can tell us in snippets plus the repeats will keep us going... I agree with what u have mentioned few pages back...u need to read a book in its original lingo to appreciate & enjoy the story...when i was mad about hindi ...(yup till my 10th grade i was a nerd & hindi was a close fav bcoz what i achieved in it!!!😆) i read a lot of hindi novels by old greats... & i just feel some works cannot be translated.

Oh Yes Nish, the swords fight between the two was awesome as well! Every bit of it was romantic to say the least ...loved it 😊
