Yes, that's what I said...the concept might be inspired from this Dhoop Kinare show...I personally have no clue about it cuz I didn't watch Pakistani shows in the 80s/90s...maybe some of my aunts did

Sanjeevani was a good show...got ruined later on but originally it was good...CMG toh no point even saying anything about.

Up until Rahul & Simran's wedding, Sanjeevani was great. Then it became all saas bahu-ey...and then don't even get me started on what happened when Rahul and Juhi got married *rolls eyes*. And I really missed Omi when he left.

Vas...A steamy dance? Barney and Robin...hmmm...if one go with the clues from articles I have read, I believe she's the bride. It could be Nora too...but the thing is I think there won't ever be a new addition in the group except the 'Mother'...so it might be Robin only.

Hey Vas! Yep, before Rahul and Simran's wedding waala twist, I also loved the show...then sadly it was utterly destroyed with saas-bahu crap.

I loved Shashank-Smriti's storyline too...very subtle and classy...Mohnish Behl was sooo good as Dr. Shashank back then but sadly the show sidetracked into other nonsense and ultimately spawned crap like CMG as well.

Omi was my other fav. character but sadly he just disappeared and was never well utilized😕

I watched yesterday's BALH...what RANDOMNESS is going on?...I'm so beyond sick of these lame filler RP scenes.

I didn't even bother watching yesterday's BALH to be honest, after reading people's posts on the forum. I figured I'd be better off going to bed early 😆 apparently they STILL don't get married today *sigh*

LOL I didn't think they'd get married today anyways...the rate at which this show is going...I've just stopped CARING when that mahaan event even happens🥱🥱...RP are too busy bahaaoing aansoo over their useless siblings🤢🤢...and what makes everything 10 times worse to me is the extremely POOR quality of direction and the way the scenes are shot🤢🤢

No, Sarah, Sanjeevni was not inspired by Dhoop Kinarey...just the hospital settings were the same. The stories were poles apart.

Anu...Yeah Sanjeevni was good initially...nothing great but different than the usual saas bahu sagas of those days...it was a weekly...haina? But it did get really weird after a point.

Also, I really like Nora. I like what Barney becomes when he's with her...and I like their banter. But I'm also not ready to commit to the idea of her being his wife yet either.

Plus, we don't know if he actually goes ahead with the wedding. He gets to the wedding day, we know that...but does he get married?

I hear you about the icky-ness dude! I have never liked the whole Ted-Barney-Robin triangle...they are friends, for God sake! TBH The triangle already cheapened their friendship for me but Barney marrying Robin would be seriously weird from an angle...even if they make a joke out of 'Oh, I have slept with your wife'. But that's how the English TV roll generally so it may be Barney Robin only.

LOL...yes we can never be sure with Barney...but I think the wedding WILL happen.
