If you cannot visit IF, then also no problem. If we find that you haven't logged-in ever since the Discussion opened, we would know that you are unable to visit IF and place you in the safety zone.
But, if you visit IF regularly and still don't take part in the discussion, then I would assume that you are disinterested in the CC and your Activity level would be decreased by half each time you miss a Discussion.
