Diya is shocked to know that Sid doesn't remember anything and asks his Mom what the deal is, Moma tells about memory loss and then somehow thru bloopers mama knew the tamanna story too so she told that too..........and then about Sid riddhima and how they got divorced............

Diya cries and goes to her house next door and cries in her bed whole night..............as she always had crush on Sid and always wanted to be the lady in his life, but was Sad to know whatever happened and that he doesn't even remember any of it..........

Finally Diya makes up her mind and is ready to help Sid begin a new life and forget whatever happened in his past................So, she starts asking Sid to go out shopping with her and stuff......and then join her in party and stuff.........Sid starts falling for her.................and finally Sid proposes Diya and Diya tells she had always waited for this day..............

They confess their love..................few lovey-dovey scenes, Moma happy that his son has a new beginning in life...........Diya and Sid work as interns together in Houston Memorial Hospital.......and the phorever couple gets married and the old gang be a part of it................
