The wrapping up of the Deepak issue didn't irritate me much....that was still handled better with the RB-Suhana bonding and all parties concerned understood the slap issue atleast...and we know that Deepak will be returning soon.

This Meethi issue is the one that was handled quite lamely in my opinion.....that Suhana totally missed the point....and no one even tried to drive home the point that much....I'm not counting Rano and her "I'll be a stern saas" attempts *rolls eyes*.....

See I am not worried about the slapping incident either - people are making more of it than it actually is. The RB-Suhana bonding more than made it up for me. But I was worried about Deepak and how the other family members totally forgot about his existence when he left so abruptly.

And also Suhana's easily getting off the hook after the Meethi incident. Rano's attempt was funny at the best. ... even Ishaan and Rajni were smiling about it ...

Basically LadyM, the epi left me dissatisfied and even today's epi is not sounding that encouraging....I don't really have much motivation to watch this unless things pick up and by pick up I mean ki atleast they show Sid getting slapped if nothing else :P

It was a useless episode ...

Suhana and Ishaan have a cute moment though in their bedroom. Ishaan mentions that even if she married into this family by mistake, at least she got some happiness. Suhana fondly remembers all the nice incidents with the Kashyap family and also remembers Sid's taunts on her middle class life and becomes sad. Ishaan and Suhana then have a very cute conversation. No growth in the character type convo, but just flirty and cute. It just goes to show how Suhana is totally at ease in Ishaan's presence.

Edit: I would recommend you to extract it for separate viewing ... 😊

Thanks, LadyM....that was actually a pretty cute IS scene....bade dino baad....lol....chalo kuch toh hai....but the ending was kinda random...I didn't get it :S....what was Ishaan doing? :S lol

The ending of the scene you mean? Yeah .. it was kind of a random scene. Ishaan wasn't trying to do anything I suppose. The moment he realized that Suhana's expression changed from happy memories to the reality of her situation, he changed the topic into something lighter. To his credit, he's very adept at reading her tell-tale face...

It wasn't about Ishaan changing the topic...it's that random gesture he did of touching his glasses and pulling up his 'tie'....anyways the rest of the scene was nice....the convo was cute.

I ended up watching the full epi after that.....I'm amazed that Rajni is already over the incident and pretty matter of fact about it all.....Rano is fuming that Suhana didn't tell her before going out again....no one is interested in making Suhana realize that she left a little child alone by herself like that?!! Yeh log toh aur hi tangent pe nikal gaye hain......and that Sid chipku....ughhhh.....so all we're gonna get out of this fiasco is that Suhana will realize Sid's truth, slap him and that's it?? What about what SHE needs to realize about the Meethi incident???

Oh that action ... I think he was trying to ape Amol Palekar from Choti Si Baat. Amol Palekar in that movie constantly fumbles with his tie or ear or anything whenever he gets nervous ... just like Ishaan does... adjusting his glasses, straightening his shirt et al.

Yeah I was amazed too. I thought that Rajni would be angry on Suhana for a while at least. And ALL that Rano is thinking is Suhana should have given them her whereabouts before walking out of the house ...and the trio Radha, Rajni, Rano popped out of their rooms, moments after Suhana was calling out... it seems a little inconsistent ... it's like the writer has missed the main point of the issue.
