LadyM, I have a weakness for geeky guys too. Is he cute too? lol, sorry, but these days I'm afraid to watch shows after catching the likes of chaprasi boy on TV! :P I swear I'm not a shallow person.

GG - Jay Soni as Ishaan is cute in an unconventional manner. He kind of grew on me. Initially I found his character a bit too laid back. But now it is shaping up very well. From a fumbling, bumbling shy boy to gradually becoming a poignant pillar of support is what the serial is all about. And boy, he can certainly act!

Chaprasi boy wasn't cute from any angle. Period. And I am not shallow either.

Anu - I LOWE the siggy. Thank you so much for it. See I am already sporting it! 😃

Word! I feel the same way about men in real life. A decent, sweet and understanding guy trumps a good-looking jackass any day. Plus, a real life jerk cannot be transformed. It's only the fictional evil characters that have a hidden vulnerable side and a soft heart that shows up when they fall for their love interest. Have you ever heard of such a concept in real life? Neither do bitches change for love; nor do jerks.

I don't think any woman in her right mind should willingly settle for a hot albeit jackass kinda guy, just because she believes that he can be transformed. Such guys never change. Some things are better left to fiction only. There is no such thing as a hot-bad-boy-falls-for-good-girl romance in real life. Or at least, that's how I see it - not that I have any experience though. I have yet to cross paths with an arrogant hottie. LOL!

The Blind Side is a brilliant movie, btw.....even if one doesn't understand football....I found it to be just a fantastic movie about relationships....just heartbreakingly touching in some bits and the way they showed one person's kindness and love turning somebody's life around....truly amazing....Sandra Bullock is freakin fantastic...no wonder she's my all time favorite....and the guy playing Michael Ohr did a fab job too...actually the entire cast is great.

No she has not. But she doesn't want to leave the house either. Because basically she has no other avenues left. She fought with her ex-BF and told him that she'll prove to him that she's marriage material, she fought with her Dad for ruining her life and is not on talking terms with him and she told Ishaan outright that she doesn't accept this marriage. But she can neither go back to her ex-BF nor her father as she's too proud to do so.

Ishaan's family is shown to be very happy-go-lucky types. In this scene they are playing dumb charades and invite Suhana to join them. She's not too happy, is actually bored, and even tries to back out, but the good humored family does not pay heed to her refusal. So to save face, she says that she'll guess the name of the movie, while Ishaan acts it out.
