That was bad experience but
shaking finger..What were u thinking you never go on a road rip during winter.....
And that car spinning thing happened o me too..which is why we got a 4WD.
And it happened on a highway..which is why I still get jittery driving on a highway

@Nitz, this sounds so much like what happened on our trip Lex-Smoky-Chicago-NYC-Lex trip in Dec 2007, sans the Haunted place and the expenses.
We almost fell off the cliff twice trying to reach our cottage in Smokys way up on the hill, and narrowly escaped hitting a trailer but collided head-on with a SUV. The guy who was driving hadn't slept in 3 days, and fell asleep for a few seconds while driving. We were lucky that the person in the shotgun seat woke up in time to grab the steering and stop our car from hitting the trailer...But the happiness was short-lived, the turn turned out to be a 180 degree one, and we collided into the SUV right behind us 😆

Smita ji, long drives in winters and snow are fun..U shld try one😉
