I love this song, too. I remember reading somewhere that someone said when the songs are redone for Mani Rathnam's films in Hindi with Gulzar's lyrics that they are made more flowery and poetic, which does not hold true to how they are in their original meaning in Tamil.

Simi, I don't think she's an AMAZING actress.. truly overhyped.. Konkona is the best actress in this industry. I haven't seen Nandita or Chitrangada's work yet so can't comment on them.

Kareena is a little overhyped.. media and PR and now them trying to be the Brangelina of Btown. 😳😆
