hey, can someone help me..

i want to learn how to make a simple sig..i use Paitshop pro 9.....

and i am completely inexperienced.

i triend using the link on the 1st page...but its broken

had a que!!! when ever i dld n e video it becumz a mpeg 4 file i.e.e it openz in my winamp it also openz in my media player bt i cannot import it into my wmm!!! wt to do??? i wanna make avis n m unable o do so!!!! thanx in advance vini
