A girl who had the world under her feet, whose every step demanded respect, attention.

And a boy, a boy of kind nature with soft words and a smart, endearing persona.

They never interacted, never laughed.

The boy fell in love, the girl pushed him away, revolted.

He grew a hard edge, she grew a soft one.

Their traits were shared, and so were words, glances, smiles.

They fell in love.

It all started on one fine day in St. Louis College.

The idea of this series is one which is incredibly close to me. I really enjoy writing these pieces. Hope you enjoy reading them too.
