MY LIFELINE

Hospital
Rey was waiting impatiently outside the ICU. He got married to his love taani 2 years ago and after their marriage it was proven that taani cannot bear a child.
But though rey was aware of it, he lived with her happily as she matters in his life than anyone else, but no one had such an idea that how much taani got harassed from her in laws that she can't bear a child and give the future for singhania's. But taani never disclosed these things to rey as she thinks that she is at fault for being so unlucky for rey.
Today, she is in ICU because, unable to bear the harassments, she took so much medication of different doctors and different ayurvedics with a blind hope that, she will conceive some or the other day. And because of all this mess, she got many side effects which affected her stomach and many more internal organs making her weak and lifeless.
The doctors had to remove all the medicine overdoses and the waste in her body through operation and rey's anger was at the peak. He drove off to his home in anger.
As soon as he reached his home, he was shouting at the top of his voice calling out his parents.
They came out and rey said them quietly that!
"Congratulations mr. and mrs. Singhania! Your son is no more!"
Mrs: singhania: what? What are you talking rey?
R: the truth mom!!!
Mr. Singhania: rey we did not get you!
R: give me the privilege to explain, I have heard so much that the daughter - in - laws in the house will be treated very badly in their houses. But I was so happy that taani so loved in laws but I guess I was wrong!
Mrs. S: rey! What do you mean?
R: I mean that she is hospitalized today because of your harassment; she never opened up in front of me about your torture, neither about your compulsion about kids. She always wanted her family to be happy and in that process, she made herself obliged to hospital bed! I am ashamed of accepting you as my parents!
When you both were abroad, and did not have enough time to spend with me, then she is the one who came into my life and taught a stone hearted person how to love, she is the one who brought a focus in my life. She is the one who gave me a reason to live. But what the hell did you do?
Left your 5 year old son all alone under the servants, and your son, who dint know what is right and what is wrong, got his angel in his life who never left him, nor discouraged him. In fact she is the reason for all my success today.
But I am thankful for one reason that thanks for giving me birth! Otherwise I wouldn't have found such a loving and such a life partner who was ready to sacrifice her life for me!
Good bye my ex-mom and dad!!!
Saying so he left the place and went to his room collecting all his things and taani's things shifting everything into his flat which he brought for himself and his love!
He reached the hospital, giving this work to his personal assistant and he found that, taani is fit and fine but weak to the core. She needs nutritious food, love and care so that she would recover soon.
Rey was in his full form of taking care of his love and neither he spoke nor she spoke about the reason for being hospitalized.
After a couple of weeks taani got discharged and she was taken to the flat where rey got things shifted and taani was stunned to see the place, she was about to ask something but was stopped by rey.
"Taani, don't ask me why when and how. It's not the right time. I will tell you soon."
Taani slowly recovers due to her love's love and care.
One fine day, when she was in the washroom, her phone started buzzing, rey went and received it.
"Good morning ma'am! We are calling from the family progressing organization! And we called to inform you that your medicines have arrived which you ordered!"
R: you, bloody idiot! Scamster, cheat, frod!!! How dare you to call my wife? If I wish I can put a case on your organization that your medicines are hospitalizing people and my wife is still recovering for the mess you idiots have created! If I get a call back from your organization! Then start counting your days. Is that clear?"
The person cut the call immediately. Meanwhile taani comes out from the washroom and
T: rey? Whats wrong? Why were you shouting?
Rey went and grabbed her in a hug. He said
R: I am least bothered about anyone in this world. Only you matter to me, the one who has changed my life with her love making him a successful person. And I don't really mind if I don't have kids. If at all you are bothered about it, let's adopt kids, but please do never take any wrong steps again, I am nothing without you my love!
I simply can't imagine myself without you!
Taani started to sob listening to him and hugged him tighter making him feel better and so her and ensuring him that she is with him in his decision. They did adopt kids and lived happily ever after for each other first then for their kids.

THE SECOND OS

Amor aeternus (eternal love)

This is the story of a Mr. Arrogant Reyaansh Singhania and his innocent wife and a doctor Taani Reyaansh Singhania.
Well again it's an arranged marriage, they were married from 3 years and Rey has an extra marital Affair with his Personal Assistant Aliki. Taani knows very well about this and she also knows that they are just a married couple for the society and parents. Both don't lead a married life as Rey never thought this marriage to be a marriage and this marriage was against his wish.
His plan is to divorce Taani and marry Aliki.
And here goes the further story
T: maa, aap aaj subah hi aayi aur abhi chali jaa rahi ho? This is not fair!
Rey's parents are here after a long time after their marriage and taani was telling them not to go so soon but they are so busy that they have a couple of multinational companies in London and they don't have a choice. Rey's mom knows the relationship between rey and taani and she never said rey anything. But being a lady she can understand the pain which taani is suffering from past 3 years. She somehow convinced taani that they have to leave but she wanted to have a final talk with rey.
Rey was in the balcony with a Bluetooth in his ear in his 3 piece suit and a tab in his hand. He was constantly busy in his work while
Rm: rey!
Rey (still looking in his tab): haan maa!
Rm: mujhe tumse baat karni hai!
R: boliye!
Rey's mom snatched away the tab
R: maa, me bohot important kaam kar raha hu!
Rm: is it so important than ur mother?
R: ok, boliye! Kya kehna hai aapko?
Rm: rey, I never asked u anything! Maine tumse kabhi kuch nahi poocha, but I don't know when will I return to india, and I don't have any idea whether I can or not. So meri ek wish hai, poora karogey?
R: mom! Anything for you!
Rm: its bout taani!
R: uske bare me kya baat karna?
Rm: I know that you are not at all interested but I have to talk and you have to listen. Rey! My wish is just that, you should hug her once a day!
R: mom! What are you saying?? I never expected such meaningless wishes from you!
Rm: I don't care rey! This is my wish! And if you won't fulfill it! You are no more my son! Get that clear!
R: okay mom! Chill! Ok, I will fulfill it! roz taani ko hug karunga!
Rm: and if you won't, it simply means you have no importance for me! Okay?
R: fine! I said I will and I will!
Rm: good! Now I am leaving, we are running late.
Saying so, his parents left.
The next day
Rey was running late to his office and taani was running more lately as she has to attend a case in the hospital. Rey and taani collided in the hall, first time in three years; taani was in rey's arms. Taani's hair flew in air and swept on to his face as they both collided with so much force and rey caught her slender body. Rey then remembered his mom's words and pulled her towards himself.
Taani was so petrified at the present moment. She did not expect this from her husband. She simply broke the hug as she knows very well that it is not real and he was just doing it for name sake. Because from past 3 years he was with his PA and suddenly why will he hug her?
She sped to her car and got into it and drove off! Here rey was stunned at taani's reaction, but he has no choice as he promised his mother.
He reached his office and sat in his seat, he was busy in all day work and at the lunch time, he kept both his hands behind his head, bent backwards and closed his eyes. Suddenly the morning incident flashed in his eyes. He was remembering her brown and big eyes, her long nose, her rosy pink lips and the curls which made him crazy.
A: baby!!!
Rey came out of his trance and saw Aliki in a one-piece in front of him. He gave a small smile to her.
A: baby! Wy are you so cold today? Tumne subah se mujhe call nahi kiya na msg nay h bhi nahi pucha me office aayi hu ya nahi, and ab bilkul lost lag rahe ho! Are you okay baby?
And she was about to touch his face, he caught her hand and
R: I am fine baby! Tum jaao and have your lunch, I will catch you soon.
A: okay! Bye!
Rey again was immersed in his work and
They both had a hectic day all along and the day was done.
Next day
As usual rey was running late to his office and he came down to the hall where he felt there was a pin drop silence. His servant was dusting things
R: kaka!
K: ji saab!
R: taani kaha hai?
K: wo saab! Mem saab apne kamre me hai! Wo aaj aaspataal(hospital) nahi jaa rahi hai!
R: kyu?
K: pata nahi saab!
Rey went to her room and saw that she was lost in her world, he thought of going to her and asking the reason, but she was so sad and lost he was not having enough courage to do that! Meanwhile his phone started buzzing!
He receives the call as it's from aliki. He leaves to his office and was talking to aliki there, when she was trying to tough him and hug him, he was feeling irritated but he doesn't know why, after lunch in the evening, when he was going through hi contacts in his he founds taani's number and remembered her sad and lost face in the morning. He thought of calling her, he was in confusion whether he should call her or not, finally he called, but no one was receiving his call. He couldn't understand but he was getting worried for her, he called up the landline and kaka received the call saying that taani was crying a lot from morning.
He was really getting more worried! He left the office though aliki was calling him from behind. He was in his car and his pone buzzed a new number.
R: hello!
It was a girl (say sneha)
S: hello! Mr. singhania?
R: speaking!
S: sir! I am taani's colleague sneha and I am so worried that she is not receiving any calls. Can you please find out why? Is she alright?
R: i am off to home, as soon as I find out I will call back!
S: thank you sir! And she was abt to cut the call but
R: miss. Sneha???
S: yes sir!
R: do you have any idea why is she like that?
S: sir yesterday, her childhood friend died of pregnancy complications after delivering a baby and her case should be dealt by a senior doctor, but taani has to deal it in our senior's absence. And now she is blaming herself for her friend's death as she could help it.
Neither our senior could help it either, that's why she is upset as her friend died in front of her.
Rey understood everything and meanwhile he reached his house assuring sneha about taani.
He went directly inside and opened her room; she was stunned at the sound and saw him. Her face was pale due to crying. He went and sat near her.
He was constantly looking at her, she tried to avoid his gaze to the maximum but as her situation was weak emotionally and physically he broke down crying.
He held her and pulled her on his chest so that she will feel better. She cried her heart out and finally she parted from the hug.
Rey felt very bad separating from her. But he has to
T: rey! Me already bohot toot chuki hu! Aap mujhe aise jhootey ummeedein dilwaake aur hurt mat karo!
R: jhootey ummeedey?
T: haa! Aap wise bhi mujhse alag hokey aliki se shaadi karna chahte ho! Fir jo concern 3 saal se nahi tha! Wo aaj achanak kaha se aagaya?
Rey was numb. He was hurt, he dint know as in why, but he was hurt, he went out of the room when taani's phone started ringing, it was sneha, taani then received it and spoke to her.
Rey went to his room and sat on his bed, later after some time taani herself came into his room, rey saw her and
T: rey, I am sorry! Me aapko hurt nahi karna chahti thi! Me me kuch zyaada hi depressed thi toh
Rey pulled her into a bone crushing hug, and she again started crying, he brushed her hair trying to calm her down, finally taani's sobs decreased. Her head was still on his chest and he was feeling so solved and peaceful. He loved to take her in his embrace, it was his entire fault! If he noticed her earlier she wouldn't have suffered so much! Or is he falling in love? But what was Aliki then? Again he was in confusion!
Slowly her hand came up to his chest and she was adjusting her head on his chest. He took her hand in his and saw her face, so closely that now her breath was playing on his chest. His eyes brimmed with tears of pain, hurt and guilt.
He wrapped her more tightly and protectively. They dozed off in each other's embrace soon.
Next day
Rey opened his eyes and saw taani was sleeping peacefully on his chest. He thought to wait until she wakes up but he was getting late to his office. He gently picked her up in his arms and stood up. Her body curves showed of perfectly. He swallowed a lump in his throat looking at the captivating and angelistic view in front of him. He made her sleep on his bed and went into the washroom. By the time he came out he saw taani lost in her thoughts. She was sitting on the bed looking at the floor thinking of something.
He got dressed up and he came near taani.
R: taani! Tum hospital nahi jaaogi?
T: nahi rey! Mann nahi hai!
R: taani aise ghar pe baithne se kuch nahi hone waala!
T: aap office jaao rey! Mujhe kahin nahi jaana!
Rey did not say anything. He just left for his office. But his focus was only on taani, he was getting flashes of last night and he was so deeply lost that he has not attended any of aliki's calls from morning! He checked his mobile and then found 20 missed calls and a message "good morning baby! M really sick today and can't attend the office, pls carry on with ur work and mujhe miss mat karna! Love you!!!"
Rey felt something fishy, he dint know what but he took the route of her house and when he reached, he found the door was locked from outside but he heard giggles from the window. He could see a faded view from the window that she was making out with another guy. He was angry seeing this! He felt strange that why that is not effecting him so much? Did he ever love aliki or it was a mere attraction! One thing that got confirmed was that aliki just used him for his money. He clicked a pic of thru the window and he drove off.
He drove off to office thinking that he is going to fire her the next day. As soon as he reached office, Vicky called him (his best buddy)
R: hello oye!!! Ki haal hai???
V: rey yaar bohot problem hai!
R: kya hua? Why are you tensed?
V: rey yaar! Neha ko pains ho rahe hai! Labour pains! And I have no clue ki kis hospital me jaana hai, as we are so new to the city!
R: don't worry Vicky, rush to the hospital in Shankar nagar, the hospital name is "Cradle" waha jaate hi all will be fine and note down the route.
Saying so he cut the call and called up taani.
T: hello!
R: taani, jaldi hospital jaao!
T: kyu kya hua?
R: taani, my friend's wife is in pains and please yaar jaldi aao as tumhaare senior doctor is out of town!
T: ohhh okay, I will be there soon!
Rey also reached the hospital and so taani, both entered and taani went inside directly changing into her surgery clothes and rey was with vicky. Neha was screaming on top of her voice and rey was actually petrified all those screams. But now he should be with Vicky and try to relax him.
After a long wait of 1 hour, taani came out saying that it is a baby girl and both rey and Vicky were happy with the news. Vicky went inside and spent some time with neha and his baby. Meanwhile rey went behind taani to her cabin. It was full of baby pictures and calenders.
Taani was listing down something. Rey came and stood beside her and was seeing
R: kya likh rahi ho?
T: some medicines and diet chart for neha, she is so weak right now, so use nutrition ki bohot zaroorat hai, and so the baby.
Later
Vicky and neha along with their baby in the hospital bed,
V: rey! Thanks yaar! Agar aaj tu aur tumhaari wife nahi hotey toh, mujhe sochke hi bohot darr lag raha hai!
R: wah! Ee dekho! Jo munda aaj tak kisi se nahi dara, use darr lagne laga!
V: smiles and hug him.
T: can I say something?
V: are haa boliye!
Taani explained all the things which should be taken care of neha and the baby while rey was admiring her and Vicky was listening to all that so carefully while neha was watching Vicky and smiling, meanwhile rey saw in the cradle the baby was staring at him with her round eye balls. He went near the baby and started making faces.
The baby doll was blinking her eyes and slowly she started yawning. Rey felt that
"Mere actions bacchon ko sulaate hai???"
Meanwhile Vicky took the baby in his hands and taani left, rey also went beside her.
Rey did not go to his office and he was in the hospital as Vicky insisted. And he was the happiest person.
Later it was evening and taani's duty was over, rey saw her and stopped her from going to her car.
R: aaj hamaare car me jayengey na, I mean mere car me
T: aur mera car?
R: kal leke jaana ghar ko!
T: okay! Chaliye!
And they drove off, rey was busy admiring her face which was adored by the moon beams and finally he reached his home without any accidents anywhere.
Taani came out in a simple saree and rey was in his vest standing at the window in the hall.
He heard the sound of her anklets and turned around. She was drying her hair. He went near her and turned her around.
She was looking into his eyes but she pushed him away.
R: taani, kya hua?
T: kya hua? Rey aap mujhe ek din divorce dene waale ho and why are you so concerned about me now? And agar aap mere saath aur close rahogey toh mujhe aapse pyaar ho jayega! Aur aapko nahi hoga! Aur me iss dard e nahi jeena chahti hu zindagi bhar!
R: nahi taani, me tumse ab separate hona nahi chahta! I realized my mistake, pls mujhe maaf kar do!
T: kya? Jo insaan 3 saal se yahi sapna dekh raha hai ki mujhse peecha kaise chudana hai, isko mujhse aaj separate nahi hona?
R: nahi! (He hugged her)
Mujhe tumhaare bina zindagi sochkar bhi bohot darr lag raha hai, do din tumhe hug kya kiya, me tumse itna judd gaya ki ab tumhaare khayaal hi ate hai dil me. Taani I fell for you! And me iss feeling se bhaagna nahi chahta! I love you! And I want to live with you! Please firr se divorce ki baat mat karo! (Sobbing)
T: aur aliki?
Rey parted from the hug and
R: ab wo meri zindagi me kuch nahi hai, taani she simply used me for my money.
Taani wiped his tears and rey pressed her hand on his own cheek with his hand. He leant on her forehead and their noses were also touching. Taani was about to run away from there when rey stopped her holding her bare waist making her shiver. He pulled her back and pressed his nose and face in her wet curls, he was stroking his fingers on her belly. Her breaths increased.
He carried her in his arms and placed her on their bed (rey's room) and soon the room was filled with moans, giggles, gasps and sweet nothings of the love birds. After a long time, they finally were tired and cuddled into each other's embrace.
He wrapped the quilt around both of them tightly so that she won't feel cold as the temperature out was very low.
R: taani
T: hmmm
R: aaj jab neha ki delivery ho rhi thi, toh wo itna chilla kyu rahi thi?
Taani firstly smiled then giggled and then started laughing, rey was having a innocent face initially and then he pouted cutely. Taani pressed her lips on his and then broke it.
T: rey, jab ek nayi jaan bahar aa rahi hai wo bhi ek maa ki konkh se, the female has to suffer that pain, and yes, it is so severe. And how would it be so easy and painless?
R: toh jab hamara bhi bacha hoga, tumhe bhi pains hongey?
T: haa, obviously!
R: don't we have another option?
T: why?
R: me tumhe itna dard me nahi dekh saqta! (Painfully)
Taani's lower lip started to quiver and tears rolled down. She dug her face in his chest and rey clouted her closer.
R: I love you! (Whispered in her ear)
She kissed his chest in reply and the new beginning of two love birds started.
