Yeah, it's definitely unfair Joyee. Shantanu deserves to be nominated in the fresh face category. The dude is brilliant as a dancer and an absolute charmer in terms of acting.

I loathe this decision too.

I dk on what basis they prepared the nomination list..As it its,considering the other nominees,shantanu is no less..Hes also eligible for this category,infact hes the most deserving one if one go with the fanbase and popularity Or for that he needs to be part of a reality show😲 Seriously,i have nothing against the other nominees,but shantanu deserved to be there too..Oh well,their loss..Thats all i can say..If they Cant recognise true talent,loss is only theirs..

I so agree with u.It is not at all fair that Shantanu didnt get nominated.He totally deserved it.From not knowing acting at all he has become such a popular face of the Indian television industry.His progress graph has just been movinf upwards continuously.Along with acting he is a fabulous dancer as well.And till last year he was managing everything aling with his studies! Is he doesnt deserve to get nominated than who does? Highly disappointed and hurt :'(

I never understood this industry. Talent aur hardworking ki koi kadar nahi karta. Saalon se chalta aaraha hai, the one who deserves to get a chance never gets a chance. There are so many people like Shantanu, who are under-rated. Its all about game of BIG shows and BIG channels. Entertainment indutry is SO UNFAIR!

Shantanu, deserved to be nominated in this category. So sad to that, he is not nominated in this awards.

Cinevistaas? They have nothing to do with this.Nominations must have been selected either by the judging panel of the concerned Award show or through voting,probably the latter.
cv's and the rest of the team has nothing to do with this.The Awards show people are not going to answer you here.So i don't know from whom you are expecting for your answer.

And if you didn't get the chance to show the huge fan-following Shantanu got,then about that award show in which KAS-Sneha-Shantanu were nominated?Am i missing something?

i agree with u...

shantanu has a huge fanbase than most of the nominated actors...

but the reason is they all are from the popular TV channels and believe me, very few know that a show called D3 is being aired and also about the cast...

myself is an example for that...

i myself dont know about D3 till Jan 2012...

Then what can we expect from the rest...

Shantanu is not exposed like many others...

This is his first show...

But what i can say is he deserves to be nominated
