i think taani's dad is rishi's brother and he passed much before and hence taani's mom and taani shifted to rishi's place and before she passes handed over taani's responsibilty to mr rishi

i think she does have mother as swayam dad said jab tumhari mom tumhe lekar ayi thi.
i tthink she lost her father then her mom bought her to swayam's dad and i think he is not her taujji but actually mama.
may be something happened so she used to call him taujii.
trying hard to find out the logic.
