Wonderful Post dear!!

We all do agree to what Shantanu and yup that holds true too..
Thank you Channel V for giving us D3 where we had a show where the leads we self made..
Both Kria and Sharon had their own unique identity..
Fighting for their rights and what they think is true..
Thank you to all who have been related in making up this characters ..

And a fab job done by Sneha kapoor ,Shakti Mohan that is now followed By Vrushika Mehta

What makes it more special is that we can easily relate to the characters and this is a bit out of box for the Indian television that suits the modern era .

Sharon is one character who defines complex woman who is strong, firm minded, knows how to tackle things with a jinx of attitude meanie sometimes yet enchanting n lovable alwayz..she isnt D typical DAMSEL in DISTRESS but has her own vulnerabilities that only her man can know..a perfect blend of what a modern woman should be!that is the reason I love this character so much..sharon knows how to love, how to make ppl feel loved without drowning in her divaness and going out of her way for proving herself.

This one is amazing post. Couldn't add anything apart from - I totally agree with you. Kriya and Sharon are true depiction of modern women and I can't thank channel V and writers of show for giving us Sharon and Kriya. And similarly thanks to Sneha, Vrushika and Shakti for giving us Sharon and Kriya respectively. Happy Women's day to them.

Belated Happy Women's day to every women on this forum!😃 Women do rock!😊

Yes, a big thank you to Channel V for giving us female leads like Kriya and Sharon who know what they want in their life and will not give up no matter what.

I think the main thing about the shows, especially D3, are that they are different from the "bahu" shows where every woman is a 'ghungat' wearing chic who has no say of her own and seems to ave no job but cook and meekly obey her husband and/or saas' orders.

Where does this happen anymore? Even women in villages are getting empowered thanks to education and their own interest!

Ok, I'm going out of topic here😆

So we finally get shows like D3 where the story revolves around females, NOT oppressed ones but ones who have the guts to do what they want to do and not care a damn about what the world thinks!

I'm a SwaRon fan but I always like Kriya and the way she went about after the thing she loved the most, dance.

And, Sharon is like a role model to every woman.(except the clothes😛) . She's strong, smart, assertive but at the same time she knows when she's wrong and accepts it.

I'm really proud to be a fan of a show which portrays women in this manner👍🏼

Keep it up Channel V and the people behind the show.
