I didn't know if liking your previous comment was appropriate or not, so I refrained from doing so. And since you have actually experienced it I guess you could have done a better job out of it. Did I at least somewhat covered it?

Amazing part. I loved it. I'm sorry I missed the last part, but I've read it now. It's beautiful the way the way you describe Sharon's feelings. And your concept is also a very nice one. On the whole I loved reading your update. :)

Yeah you have mentioned all thing correctly. How at first mind goes numb , then the desperate attempt to come above the water, how lungs and throat burns when we drink the water and finally how we lose control over the limbs. Even though one try hard he can't move his limbs a bit and then finally how eyes start to close and a different type of darkness engulfs you. But in my experience i didn't experience any flashbacks. And i can't say about the wave as my experience was of a village pond where water was still.

And yeah i forget to mention how the worst happen once you are rescued. I was not allowed to leave the house for 5 days by my mom. And not to mention about the pain in every body part and the fear in doing anything remotely dangerous.

Hey guys! I've written another Swaron SS. It has about two or three parts. Let me know if I should continue.

A Single Moment

Part 1

A single moment. A single moment was all she had to see her life flash before her eyes. All her memories, all her thoughts, all her feelings- everything was summed up in that one moment. A single life-defining moment.

Of course, owing to the fact that it was only a matter of seconds before she uttered her last breath, it would hardly matter now. Too bad her life-defining moment had chosen to come as she was heading towards her death. Talk about bad timing.

She tried to think about the chain of events that had landed her in this mess. Mess? She thought, laughing derisively. This was hardly a mess! Mess was too mild a word for describing this situation. She wondered how she could joke at a time like this. Maybe this is how death felt like. It made you carefree. It made you insane.

She remembered wisps of it. The Charity Event''the yelling'..the after party'.the yacht. Suddenly in a moment of clarity, it all came back to her.

They had that Charity Event in college and all was going smoothly. Well, until she had ruined it all. She realized now that it had all been a huge misunderstanding. But at that time, she had been pissed and angry and drunk and vulnerable. The event had almost come to an end and she had had a little too much to drink. She had been tottering about unsteadily, when a pair of strong, muscular arms had caught her. When her eyes focused on the person to whose body those arms were attached to she had balked. She snatched her hand out of his and called him a cheap stalker. She hadn't stopped there. She had gone on to say that he was hell bent on undermining her character and left no opportunity for using her. She had mocked his love and she had mocked his emotions. And once again in front of everyone. The hurt in his eyes had pierced through her heart like thousands thorns. But she had been too haughty to think about it at that time. And before she could go on and break his soul even more, Rey had dragged her from there.

They were having an after party in a yacht and by the time they had all boarded, she had sobered down. She couldn't see him in the throng of people and realized that he had probably stayed behind.

It was around midnight and she couldn't sleep. She grabbed a scarf and went out on the deck. She stood there clutching the railing, thinking about him.

What is wrong with you, Sharon? Why did you go off on him like that? It was totally unprovoked and uncalled for! You shouldn't have done that! She scolded herself.

She saw his pain stricken face, appear in front of her. A pang of guilt hit her followed by a pang of pain. You shouldn't have done that!

What the hell?
