Zidd (stubbornness) ya majburi (helplessness) - Aditya's turnaround
After Gitya reception.
It's been a whole day long that Aditya Raj Singh locked himself in his bedroom resulting into the family feeling anxious of his decision. Is he gonna divorce his unwanted wife Ginni Grewal ? Is he gonna throw her out of his life??
Working in the kitchen, she was restless. I don't know what his decision will be but i already made my own. I am not gonna stay in this place even for another day. I came to expose my SIL and the task is completed. Moreover, who wants to live with that sadu chap.
An hour later at the dining table.
He sat in silence looking down at his empty plate. The family knew he was not in a good mood. His older aunt interrupted his disturbed mind requesting to eat something. He hadn't taken any food since the reception the previous nite. It's been one full day. His grandpa insisted as well. " U will get ill, Adi. Eat ur meal".
As he was about to take the first bite of rajma chawal, his dad made a shocking statement that annoyed him to the core
" Now we all know, Adi doesn't accept Ginni as a wife, and we are facing financial crisis. So , i have decided to mend relationship with Cheemas getting Aditya hitched to Harnaz. We should apologize to them stating we were cheated. We play the sympathy card and win their trust".
He pushed away his plate on the spot frightening the rest seated at the table and stormed towards his room The grandpa then taunted his shrewd son , " see the situation and then open ur mouth. He went through so much. Give him space ".
Minutes later,
His hungry eyes searched through the drawers of his cupboard for some snacks . He was starving. Damn! None at all. His little brother Akash has apparently been stealing some titbits from his room. " That brat is gonna get spanking the moment i catch him again".
Suddenly, he spotted a tiffan at the dressing table with a note . It was from his wife, Ginni.
"Sorry, Adityaji i messed up real bad. I deceived u through the bride swap but i had my own good reasons. I would take a leave now since the marriage is meaningless. Here, u have not eaten since last night. Chole pature for u. I made specially. Pls forgive me. And move on. Just assume it was a bad dream".
"Sorry, just a sorry. She thinks she can get away with it??""
Furiously he lifted the tiffan to throw it into the dustbin but his growling stomach pleaded.
" Pls don't do that It smells good. Chole pature is my favorite".
He gave in to the aroma of the food disposing the note enjoying it's delicacy but at the same time pissed with the cook
"Ginni , u are my zidd( stubbornness) now. U started this , u walked into my life as my undesired bride but i will decide our journey from now on".
Ginni quietly left that nite itself and the next morning the Singhs received a devastating news. Major loss in shares. A few invesors pulled out last minute resulting into huge losses in business. They may need to shut down some operations. They were in deep s***.
Daarji stated upset. " Our laxmi has left us stranded. We didn't accept her. We didn't even fulfill her greh prevesh"
Seconds later
The oldie suffered a heartattack.
Three hours later
Aditya cried badly in the ICU ward holding on to his ill unconscious grandpa 's hand. " Pls don't leave me like my mum. I need u daarji. U are the only one who understands me and i promise will do anything to get our business on track again. Ur efforts won't go futile "
The distraught soul finally made the decision to bow to his father's request to get hitched to the Chemmas's daughter, Harnaz. Amber got the divorce papers ready and his son surrendered his signature on it
" Good, now he is listening to me, finally".
At Ginni's dabba , the same evening
She was not surprised to see the official docs that would end her marriage with Aditya Raj singh, " i knew this was coming". She signed on the spot feeling relieved.. " Now i can move on peacefully. Sadu chap , ur chapter is closed for now"
Little did she realize that he was definitely gonna bounce back with a twist of destiny.
Harnaz and Aditya roka took place as soon as the grandpa recovered with Chemmas's giving in financial support. The business was settling gradually but slowly. The Singhs were happy.
Deep inside he was upset with the forced marriage once again putting up a fake smile in front of his future inlaws and knew he was not alone. Even grandpa was upset. He was more fond of Ginni
The oldie still visited the temple to pray for Ginni's return Will Almighty fulfill his wish ??
The marriage ceremonies were to be held strictly within family only as a private function as Aditya and Ginni's divorce was not finalized yet. The outsiders shouldn't be aware especially the media. Aditya could be charged with bigamy.
It was decided only roka and engagement rituals to be held. As soon as divorce takes place in Court, then only marriage will happen.
Meanwhile Ginni struggled bearing Simran Preet and Goldie 's tantrums as well as taking care of the dabba that finally one fine day feeling too stressed up , she left the house roaming on the streets of Amritsar late night.
" Stop it, i say. Don't hurt her, pls!! " Frantic screams of a middle aged man were heard as she sat on the pavement under a street light watching the passing vehicles. She turned to look and was horrified
" Three robbers ambushing a man and his wife".
She ran towards them and hit one fiercely with her bag. The other two tried to attack but she grabbed a pistol lying on the ground pointing at them
" Leave or else i will shoot!".
They flee rite away when a police jeep approached. The officers were patrolling the area . They took the couple to the station to lodge a report.
The next morning a thank u note with a bouquet of red roses were delivered to Ginni's place. The couple turned out to be filthy rich and the man was a famous entrepreneur. Much wealthier than Singhs and Cheemas. A business tycoon. They were returning from a private event when their car broke down. The driver went to search for a mechanic nearby. Unfortunately that nite, they didn't have their bodyguard tagging as well which was the biggest mistake they made. The robbers upon seeing them all alone standing near the car , ambushed them demanding for cash and jewelry.
Ginni became their saviour and a hero. The businessman invited her and family to his residence for a dinner treat. Mr. Siddharth Das gave Ginni a vachan( promise) . "Whenever u need my help, don't hesitate. U are my daughter now. We are childless for many years. Consider, we adopted u. U are my girl now. Whatever u want, name it, i will put it at ur feet".
The kind soul was touched with their warmth welcome and generosity but being a woman full of self respect, she objected politely
As the time passed, Aditya began to realize and sense the same helplessness that Ginni went through when she married him He was sinking badly. Really crushed to bits. Forced to marry for the second time but this round he suffered guilt. Tremendous guilt
He realized what majburi ( helplessness) was. How is it like to feel helpless. He finally understood Ginni's plight. The same situation she went through with the bride swap. He was getting to that point very clearly.
" God, it is painful and suffocating".
He repented his deeds of taunting her harshly that she was trapping him and what's not. She saved her brother's life, he is rescuing family business and wealth. It was exactly the same situation
Did the Almighty put Aditya to a test?? Be in the same position only then u could understand why Ginni took that drastic step?
He surrendered to alcohol trying to escape his sorrows and guilt. The fact that he was not able to understand her pain killed him inside real bad. "I owe her an apology"
She couldn't believe her eyes when she saw the sadu chap's text message.
" Sorry Ginni, now i realized why u took the bride swap step. Just assume i am doing the same. So sorry for what i did to u and from my family as well. So sorry. I won't knock at ur door anymore. I will start a new life soon'.
Was he in pain. Why is he acting weird.
She needed answers and decided to meet Akash at his school the very next morning. The little boy spilled the details how his older brother was forced to marry one more time to save family business.
"Ginni didi, i also feel bad for him. He is always drinking every night. He is suffering. He doesn't want to get married to Harnaz but no choice. He is helpless. No one understands his plight".
Ginni thought to herself . " I need to clear this mess Somehow I started it. All thanks to my useless brother and his evil wife. I wll sort it out. I won't allow him to marry again. He need a break. He suffered alot. ".
Immediately she seeked help from the business tycoon Siddharth Das who gave his consensus fulfilling his promise. Das didn't like Amber due to a past business conflict stating he was shrewd and untrustworthy. Only for Ginni, he would consider the kind deed
Two days later
The Singhs were taken by surprise when Das industries announced being keen on investing in all their businesses with major condition. Pull Chemmas out. We will handle everything by ourselves
Amber had to bow as Siddharth was far a business tycoon than his son's future in laws and wealthier. A powerful business man. A well established entrepreneur.
The deal was signed. Aditya was released from the marriage.. Akash finally told him that it was Ginnii behind his rescue.Spilled how she saved Das and his wife from robbers.
The grandpa to his family , feeling depressed
" Ginni is our laxmi. We never appreciated her. It's too late now. Tomorrow is the divorce hearing"
In his room
He smiled to himself
" What are u Ginni Grewal?? A wonderwoman??"
Deep inside he was glad. She pulled him out of the mess but his mind asked a question.
Do u want to really release her. ".
His heart sank. Tomorrow is the final day . Divorce declared. She will not be attached to me any longer
The next morning
She was relieved. Finally the day has come. I will be single again. Nothing to do with sadu chap and his irritating family.
The courtroom ,10 am
The lady judge politely to the miserable husband and happy wife seated rite opposite
"Are u both agreeing on this "
Ginni excitedly without wasting time, " yes".
Aditya was silent then after enquired for the third time he replied
" No. I don't want a divorce. My wife is a wonder woman. An antic piece. I can't afford to lose her".
Ginni shocked and angry. "Feel like hitting him real hard. A confused child".
Singhs frustrated. "Not again."
Grandpa and Akash smiled. " Finally, welcome back Ginni "
Annoyed judge announced
"Divorce cancelled. Next time make firm decision before coming. This is courtroom not a circus"
So, Ginni Grewal back to Singhs as Ginni Aditya Raj Singh"
The twist of destiny. And this time Singhs had to be really careful
Business tycoon Siddharth Das already warned.
" One hair on my daughter's head shifts here to there, u will see what i will do to all of u. I will bring ur empire down and turn u beggars overnight"
As for Aditya,
It was not his zidd(stubbornness) but his majburi (helplessness) in the same circumstances as her past that made him realize her worth finally

Ginni understood Aditya now. His bitter past
But he doesn't. There's negative perception about her. The best way is to put him in the same situation. Helplessness. Then he will feel her pain. Gitya from Ginni's side no problem. She is caring and easily attached. Aditya is grounded with too much past bitterness that a step towards any woman would be challenging.
Gitya can only work if both move forward to each other. Ginni easily can but not aditya. To make him proceed towards her he has to understand her first by knowing why she took the drastic bride swap step. Her helplessness. The turnaround is required to tone him down towards her seeing her in a positive light.
Itvs don't promote simple friendship and love journeys. Twisted routes are taken to bring turnaround in characters.
