If I start to write here by saying my true condition while deciding to watch the episode of this show now, that I was really afraid to take my phone in my hand, then many of the new readers might think, I am exaggerating. But I can't explain it through words.
But as I was watching I realised once and for all I was in for a treat to watch on the last day of our favorite show.
The episode started with our most awaited scene for more than a decade (from the show's POV). There we got to see a winning Nandini, with a slight grey shade though for a good cause.
We heard the confession of her sins from Helena's face and in mere one line she completed it and begged for her son's life by releasing Bindusar. The very moment she saw her son, Adonis fit and fine and realised it was a play of Nandini, Helena, queen of conspiracies shot the arrow and mocked at Chandini once again with her monstrous laughter. Instead his live soldiers at his command, their lifeless bodies were presented before the King. The evil had joined hands with the dare devil to prepare death bed for the Magadh royals.
Saunand, the man with daring spirit and monster, whom had grown to be an eccentric with each passing year had finally arrived Magadh to conquer the throne that was long lost to his grand father and thus to seek justice to his late father by killing his father's murderer, the great CGM, the greatest Samrat of Akhand Bharat.
Since then whatever happened in the war field had turned it to a chess board. All the people there had transformation to black and white pieces of a chess board.
Even before the game begins, the black (painted) pawns had advanced and killed all the white pawns all at once and had blocked the King and the Minister.
Acharya still had strong faith in his disciple Chandra, that he is no one but the doom of Saunand.
Bindusar like a horse just rides in, a Bindusar who had transformed into the personification of goodness after meeting and realising the two good souls and the greatest human beings of Bindusar's life, his mother, Nandhni and his wife Dharma.
The King and his heir together faught for their mother land, Magadh from being lost into the hands of the plunders.
But Saunand was clever. He played a strategy to turn CGM's strongest side , his ardhangini Nandini, the queen of Magadh, to his greatest weakness and the reason for his failure. The enemy King Saunand had advanced and threatened CGM with Nandhni at the sword point.
Seeing which the Chandra in CGM over powdered and was presented before the enemy army accepting his failure even before any defence, his Nandini was in danger and how could he risk her life, better he dies, he would have thought. Even without a single defence he silenced himself till his last drop of blood being shed and finally he was getting walled.
Many a times I had complained , (if @ipsi could remember) that Nandini never got a chance to bring Chandra back from death with the same Intensity that Chandra had done in bringing back Nandini from death, twice and thrice in their life.
Today, in this final episode my petition was considered by the CVs and for one last time we were shown, with all her might, Nandini yelling at Chandra to comeback and even in semi conscious state, even when his every cell was bleeding while his face was covered with blood, the voice of Nandini had reached straight in to his heart through his ears boosting his heart beats and,...
THE ROARING LION,...
... POUNCING AT THE ENEMIES.
Taking over the role of horse in the chess board he advanced by killing one by one of his enemy army and finally jumped at Saunand, killing him by literally splitting his spine. He is CGM, the unconquered.. And we got the perfect family click shot. The Samrat CGM with his ardhangini Nandini and the heir of the throne, Bindusar with his wife and new found lover, Dharma.
Edit para add : No one is born evil, its just life that brings out the good and evil in one self. May be Helena is one such a character who was subjected to debate on this regard.
They says, it is not the evil human but the evil in human has to be killed. We saw how the goodness in Nandini killed the evil in Helena and thus redeeming her and sent her back to her homeland to lead a happy life.
Though Bharat matha in voice over told, Chandra died first and Nandini too didn't survive anymore, I would like to visualize like Chandini died together, though at an interval of a few minutes or hours where our Chandra can't die leaving his Nandini alone and as far as his Nandini is alive but he too can't survive a moment after her death.
As Chandra himself said once,
IF CHANDRA'S HEART IS BEATING STILL, IT SIMPLY MEANS NANDINI IS ALIVE, AND IF NANDINI HAS LEFT THIS WORLD, THEN SIMPLY THINK CHANDRA TOO IS NO MORE.
