BUT HE CERTAINLY HAS SOME REASONS FOR SUSPICION WITH NANDINI REACING THERE WHEN BOTH C AND C THOUGHT SHE KNEW NOTHING

AND FOR A MAN OF HIS STATURE N KNOWLEDGE TO ASK FOR DEATH PENALTY SEEMS SHOCKING, EVEN THOUGH FOR ALL KINDS OF DESH DROHIS, DEATH HAS BEEN A USUAL PUNISHMENT

WE WILL CERTAINLY HAVE TO WAIT TO FIND OUT MORE 😕

Haha if it turns out to be a dream sequence...Wait that makes no sense cause Chandra's worst fear these days is losing Nandini. Now she's alright so he should.be relived not tormented with more nightmares! Wahin to even if he has a suspicion should not he first have s talk to C and N both and then starts his argument as opposed to the strict death penalty aadesh? So it will be real Nandini dewar.pe chunwa do. I just hope they have a logical answer.

May be it's Chankya's ploy, person of his caliber wouldn't blindly make a infuriating decision. He needs evidence to support his case.As it is ,they totally degraded this genius, 😡how more r they gonna take him down. Come on ...his adversary,Rakshash always has a plan up his sleeve. Where as Chankya, takes a shot in the dark..seems like that.

It bugs me too...that Amatya is shown ALWAYS having a better plan or seems to know more information than Chanakya.

I would have expected to see some real rajathandiram plots going on where Chanakya and Amatya is trying to outdo each other. However, that is definitely not happening here.

I understand that CN was suppose ot be about the love-hate relationship that blooms to an enchanting love. Still they do not have to be sloppy when it comes to the characterization of Chanakya

Nail polish...cosmetic surgery...nayi soch...OMG you girls are hilarious!

Aish - Sunanda showed both the ears to Chandra. I suspect that Roopa had something stuck on it to hide it.

And Nandini had leather bound (not sure if it was leather or cloth or paper, but it was bound) book. These Mauryans are the parallel of Alantis, only they were in Bharath.

From the beginning of this show I have never seen even a single hint of Jalal in Chandra. Rajat is truly blessed in his arts. A very convincing and clever actor. I think he does method acting, where you imagine/turn yourself into the character and mentally tune yourself as the character. Like voluntarily giving yourself a split personality.

Jalal was arrogant, bullish, and had the whole space he occupy be about him, before Jodha turn him into somewaht of a lapdog. Even after that, he was confident and shrewd. And he was always the EMPEROR. There was no doubt about it. Any space he walks, he emanates the power.

Chandra was on the opposite pole. He was vulnerable, humble, polite and he blends into the space he occupy. He does not stand out as the man with power, because he himself does not realise how powerful he is.

And there is so much difference in the body language too. Jalal always came across as hard - chest out, powerful strides, straight back and strong voice. Chandra is softer. Though he does not hunch he keeps himself low. His paces are fast but not powerful. And his voice is sort of singsong.

Jalal was a man of supreme authority, and Chandra is a boy of undiscovered potential

It is amazing how a single actor brings 2 completely different person on the screen.

Yes aish, there is no jalal and there never was. Rajat pulls off the difference of the two characters splendidly.👏
His change of expressions during her death and ones Nandini got her life back was magnificent to me and it was like, as Aunty mentioend in her JA posts many times , he has a micro-meter in his head. Seems he has upgraded that to a nano-meter while being developed and differentiated into Chandra's character.
During nandini''s ji bhar ke rona scene the grief , the suffering was clearly reflected in chandra's eyes where one can feel nandini's pain in them but not in her weep.

want to give him a tight 🤗... for his performences 😉

AUNTY/ANNE/AISHWARYA

MY REFERENCE TO JALAL MAZAAR SCENE AFTER JODHA DIES OF POISON AND HE BRINGS HER BACK TO LIFE WAS NOT AT TO HINT THAT CHANDRA SHOWS JALAL LIKE HINTS OR THAT HE SHOULD REPEAT THE SAME ACTIONS/EXPRESSIONS

IT WAS MERELY A REQUEST TO THE CVS TO VISUALIZE AND CONSTRUCT A SCENE OF SIMILAR CALIBRE

I FULLY AGREE WITH YOU AISHWARYA AND ANNE, WHEN YOU SAY THAT THERE IS NO HIMT OF JALAL IN CHANDRA

WHY SHOULD THERE EVEN BE?? THE TWO CHARACTERS ARE TOTALLY DIFFERENT IN BACKGROUND, UPBRINGING AND CIRCUMSTANCES ETC, SO THERE IS HARDLY A REQUIREMENT FOR SIMILARITY

AND I HAVE ALWAYS MAINTAINED THAT WHILE WE TALK ABOUT ACTORS WHO BRING OUT VARIETY IN ROLES OF DIFFERENT GENRES, RAJAT HAS EXCELLED IN BRINGING OUT THIS VARIETY WITHIN THE GENRE OF HISTORCIALS, AND WONDERFULLY AT THAT

ALL I WANTED WAS THAT THE CVS HANDLE THIS SCENE WITH A SIMILAR SENSIBILITY AS IT WAS HANDLED IN JA, WITH THE HOPE THAT RAJAT GETS A FEW MINUTES TO COMPLETELY BOWL US OVER WITH HIS PERFORMANCE

YES HE ALWAYS DOES THAT - BOWL US OVER REPEATEDLY, BUT YET THAT SCENE IN JA WAS ONE OF HIS SUPERIOR SCENES IN THE SHOW

AND OF COURSE, WHAT WE GOT WAS A SORT OF A BOTCHED UP AND HURRIED SCENE, WHERE NANDINI DYING ACTUALLY LOOKED LIKE A WRONG DIAGNOSIS BY THE VAIDYA 😆

I FEEL CVS COULD HAVE TAKEN A LITTLE MORE TIME AND MADE IT A BETTER VISUAL EXPERIENCE

WHEN SHWETA GETS EXTRA SCREEN SPACE AS BOTH NANDINI AND ROOPA, CVS SHOULD GIVE RAJAT TOO SUCH OPPORTUNITIES TO GET SOME XTRA SCREEN SPACE. EVER SINCE THE WAR AND THE EMERGENCE OF TOO MANY LADIES, THIS HAS NOT HAPPENED

Yes yes, I noticed that leather bound Pustak too. Anything CVs will show.😡
Also,on the books the script is all Devnagri. I agree that Sanskrit was the language of education that time using Devnagri as the script. But on every letter, every Mudra, they have used proper Hindi, while the predominant language used to be Pali in that era. They even made Roopa speak Bhojpuri, not even sure this language had originated in 300 BC. The list of creative liberties is endless. 😕
