If Sunanda had approached Chanakya and Chandra right in the beginning, they would have been all too happy to have got an extra helping hand (opposite camp member who knew Nand in and out) to catch Nand and bring him to justice. Too much hide and seek for 2 months and they come with such a silly reason for Sunanda - Domestic Violence ?? If husband slapping wife for hiding a truth is a reason to take revenge, the whole world would be filled with female terminators.

Just like you, I was asking why must she go through this hassle of Roopa drama if the ultimate goal was to take revenge on Nand? Furthermore, during Nandini's wedding Sunanda helped Nandini with the poisoning of the haldi which is totally in contraction with what she claims now.

This is what i wrote a few weeks back. IF her whole intention was to replace Nandini with Roopa, she could have done that easily when Nandini drank poison and Sunanda did the Tandoor work to save her.

Sunanda could have easily let Nandini die, replace Roopa, get her married to Chandra, and Chandra Chanakya duo would never have known anything about it.

I just feel that this is the classic case of touching your nose in a roundabout way ...to revenge Nand you don't have to do this double Nandini drama; especially when it poses too much risk for yourself.

Just like how Chandra forgets about Malayketu and his promise to Chhaya that Nandini will leave once Dadi leaves, and not only makes her MM, but proceeds to ask her 'why didnt you do all this Nandini ?' in as much as sultry as Marilynn Monroe singing Happy Birthday to JFK (ok maybe this is pushing the level of my imagination a tad too much 😆) in yesterdays episode; and forgets that the apt reply to her question of what kind of trouble have I caused you is 'you are still in love with Malay'; So does Sunanda forgets what the hell she intended to do with bringing up Roopa or why she bothered to sneak her into the palace.

As for Chhaya being the first to know the truth, I think my darling by now you should learn that you should never trust the promo or the precap. We just have to wait for tonight's episode to find out what really happened. And my curiosity is piqued at wondering why does Roopa look like she came out of the dryer?

I don't really have much nambikai on Chandra's grey cells. If Rajat is not as good looking as he is even in the most daft-est scenes, I would have sworn I could see the invisible clown hat on his head...

Chandra is yet to brief Chanakya about Nandini's two kidnapping attempts.

Remember the scene where he rescues her from the sacrifice?

Instead of asking how did Nandini get kidnapped, he says "i am sorry that i chose my Praja dharma over Patni Dharma ?? Duh.

Nandini was wearing a different dress than Roopa. It would not have been humanly possible for her to have changed her clothes, run amok into the woods, get caught by the weirdo, look like she rolled in thousand years of dust and bone weary by the time he rescued her.

And the extra mangalsutra that he found while searching for Nandini and the boy..

And Roopa talking about getting scared of snake and hugging Chandra - it did not strike him a bit, that it was the same Nandini who saved the baby pigeon from the same black snake at the Palace a while back.

Then as much adorable they both were hugging each other, he never questions how that long scar can heal without a trace when she pulls her pants up to show him she has not hurt herself, and that too in a single day!

And Roopa talking about getting scared of snakes (while Nandini saved the baby Pigeon from the same black snake at the Palace)

And Roopa talking about the scratch was made when she fell in the swamp. How did Roopa know about it ?

And Chandra applying lep with his eyes closed, below her knees (while he nursed Nandini on her knees when she saved the pigeon from the snake)..

He is always wondering about her weird behavior, which we always hope is a prelude to him doing some sleuth work and figuring out Roopa, but it always ends with him only raising questions. He never puts 2 and 2 together. Fool!!

Timelines and details are all messed up in CN. Some tracks are excellent. Some are very sloppy. I wish CVs do a bit of homework and watch what they have shot or written earlier in the same serial. The saving grace is the leads and their excellent chemistry. I do not have the patience to go and watch some of the earlier episodes. Till date I have never understood the respective ages of Chandra and Nandini on the show. According to one timeline followed in the beginning, they told that Chandra is eight years older than Nandini. This is with reference to the voiceover which told that Moora spent 7 or 8 years in prison after Chandra's birth. Nandini was born after that period. Going by that logic, Chandra is 20 now which means Nandini is 12 or 13, a Balika Vadhu?

Then by Nandini's fifth birthday, the age difference between the two drastically got reduced to 5 years. So, at that time it was Nandini 5 years and Chandra 10 years. Now after all these years, I suppose Chandra is 20 now and Nandini is 17 or 18 with the age difference drastically reducing to 2 or 3 years difference. I suppose when Chandra turns 60, Nandini will turn a 100 by that time because of the Ajeeb-ghazab logic and mathematics of the CVs.

After that comes the birth angle of Nandini which is even more complex than the Bermuda Triangle. Firstly, at the time of Nandini's birth, Nand is in some sort of cave like structure when he gets the news of her birth and he simultaneously unearths a massive treasure. So elated with this, he thinks she is lucky for him and names her Nandini. Neither was he nor Sunanda in sight anywhere near where Avantika was delivering.

When this Roopa track came up, they showed the Purohit and his ominous predictions. Later on, they show the same Nand prancing around awaiting the birth of his child in the palace outside the delivery room of Avantika. How the heck can a person be twice born? It is humanly impossible.

Either Nandini has to be born when Nand was present near Avantika or when he was in that cave. It cannot be both! Sunanda was not there the first time, but the second time, she steals one of the babies. Loopholes and potholes are so big that dinosaurs can easily swim in it.

It is as miraculous as the scene in one Tamil Serial which Lashy cited long long ago where the ovaries of the character were operated out in one particular episode, and 200 episodes later, the same character delivered a healthy baby boy.

AND ROOPA IS SCREAMING SCREECHING AND GALIVANTING IN THE ENTIRE PALACE (AND THEN IN THE VILLAGE TOO) AND THERE ARE NO GUARDS OR MAIDS OR VILLAGE FOLK OR ANYONE ELSE WHO NOTICES ANYTHING AMISS. AND SOMEHOW SHE IS ABLE TO WHIP UP THE EXACT SAME COSTUME (MOSTLY) AND THE MATCHING JEWELLERY THAT NANDINI HAS DONNED, BE IT IN THE PALACE OR IN THE VILLAGE

At the very least they could have attempted to show that the palace was full of secret passages whcih she uses to do her faking business. but no. she boldly walks about, even runs after Helena and no one sees her...

SHE IS SO ACCEPTING OF HER SCHIZOPHRENIA AND SO TRUSTING OF HER BADIMAA, THAT IT IS A MAJOR PUT OFF. WHY CANT SHE DISCUS IT WITH HER MOM, AFTER ALL, AS PER CVS, SUNANDA HAS NOT BEE IN MAGADH TO LONG OR TOO REGULARLY. SHE IS VEHEMENTLY DENYING HUGGING CHANDRA THE PREVIOUS NIGHT. But why she trusts Sunanda so much, i can only guess she thinks of her as this wise and shrewd person who has answers to all questions...I dont know for sure though, because whiel Nand was around the relationship between these two was not warm and loving at all.

The part where Nandini does not tell Chandra about being in the cave the whole of the earlier night puzzles me. At the very least I would have expected her to wonder how did Chandra see her while she was in the cave. The only explanation is that she might have thought she was kidnapped after this 'lapse of memory' episode. I dont think she is going to explain this to us anytime soon...

WE ALL LOVED TO SE CHANDRA AS THE VILLAGE LAD. HE WAS FUN AND SCENES WITH NANDINI WERE REFRESHING AS WELL

BUT NOW IT IS TIME FOR CVS TO FOCUS SOMEWHAT ON CHANDRAGUPTA THE EMPEROR, WITH THE LOVE STORY IN THE BACKGROUND

JUST HOPE CVS GET RID OF THE UNNECESSARY LADIES CLUB OF MAGADH WHERE EACH WOMAN IS VYING FOR SCREEN SPACE, AND, POOR CHANDRA IS REDUCED TO A NOBODY
