Yes, my dear Ria and Krithika,, it was an extended, unstated, but almost palpable sense of togetherness that was pure pleasure to watch.

These two, as I have underlined in my post, have the knack of creating that magic, the sense of being totally absorbed in each other, to the exclusion of the rest of the world around them.

The problem, at least for now, is what happens when they come out of that bubble, like the thali disaster. Chandra resents being trapped in that magic, and Nandini resents being treated like some kind of communicable disease by Chandra, and no wonder.

YOU HAVE ALWAYS BEEN EXTRAVAGANT WITH PRAISES FOR HIM, AUNTY, BE IT AS JALAL, EARLIER, OR NOW, AS CHANDRA, AND BOTH FOR HIS LOOKS AS WELL AS HIS PERFORMANCE 😊
YES WE DO DROOL DROOL AND DROOL, AUNTY, BUT REST ASSURED, NONE OF HIS BEAUTIFUL FACETS - FACIAL, OR OTHERWISE, PASS US BY 😉😉

AND AUNTY, BY ALL MEANS PLEASE DO APPLY DRISHTI POTTUS ON HIM EVERYDAY. I TOO AGREE WITH YOU ON THIS. PATA NAHI KAB KISKI BURI NAZAR LAG JAYE 😆😉

BUT AUNTY...

WE ARE YOUR OBEDIENT NIECES - ALL AAGYAKAARI, SUSHEEL AND SEEDHI SAADI - DONT ACCUSE US OF HAVING WILD THOUGHTS, AND CERTAINLY NOT OF MISUSING YOUR COMMENTS 😆😃😲

P S - I STILL FIND JALAL (WITHOUT BEARD) MORE HANDSOME

But when did I not praise Rajat's Chandra, and his looks? He looks like a piece of classic Greek statuary for most of this show - much more handsome than as Jalal- and it was I who pointed that out. You kids are all so busy drooling over him that the pure beauty of the facial structure just passes you by!😉

As for the drishti pottu, it is applied by older well wishers to youngsters they are fond of, and I think Rajat really needs that, and Chandra too. From whom he needs to be protected is of course an open question, but don't go around thinking that my comments are some sort of blank cheque for you all to run wild, for they most emphatically are NOT!😉

Aunty had to confess this today... actually when I saw CN promo very first with both RT and Shweta in it.. (that wedding night one where she put spiked armor)... I actually loved there pairing very much... and indeed I had a vibe that they could make a really good pair with potential... But as the show started that factors of promo were somehow missing... but I am now quite happy that the vibe is resurfacing and now days both of them are really complimenting each other well...

Well I am not used to droll on RT but yes... he looked absolutely cute yesterday in that soil weeping scene...😆😆... The great CGM suddenly looked like a cute caring boy...😳... I hope I don't get belan for this!!😆😆

Sandhya my pet,

That is a clever interpretation, but a bit of a stretch, for you see, Chandra already knows that it is in him. He resents that fact, and equally the other aspect, as he perceives it, that it is not there in Nandini.

When I chose this title, I meant it to apply to us, the viewers, vis a vis the CVs. We run after the perfume of a couple of superb scenes, but the continuation of the magic we seek recedes continuously, just as the scent of the musk seems to be receding for the musk deer, the kasturi mrig.

Of course the point that what the deer seeks is in himself does not fit in here. That was my sally into creative licence!

Here, to show assent,we should not nod our heads like they do in the show. We should nod our heads up and down.

Oh yes, Ria, that was delightful, especially the questioning nod from Nandini after he has finished his cleaning operations, and the reassuring nod from Chandra!

No, no, my dear, of course not! It was a very charming, sweet scene. You know, love is often far more appealingly, and openly expressed thru such scenes than thru overt sensuality.

- ALL AAGYAKAARI, SUSHEEL AND SEEDHI SAADI - As Aryan says in Dhoom 2 to Sunehri. Now this I have got to see!!

You are all a naughty, cheeky, unregenerate bunch, always up to any mischief you think you can get away with, but I love you all exactly as you are, and I would not change anything in any of you for the world.

I agree with all that you have said here,Anne, especially what you would like to do to Chandra for throwing that thali away in such a brutal manner.😡 Nandini's face was a study in shock, almost trauma. It was an extension, and a stronger version of her reaction when he yells at her when she brings the books to his room.

Now let us see what is the bridging factor between the end of the pooja and Nandini arriving for Chandra's aashirwaad, Also if she actually faints right then and there, which would 'larn Chandra good and proper.

Oh, the initials. That is a longish story. Now, I am old fashioned, and I do not like 20 somethings and 30 somethings calling me by my first name. So I tell people to choose whatever would be age appropriate, and in some cases, like Prem and Khalessi75, when I discovered that they were at college, I requested them to call me Aunty, and they started doing that. Now Anil calls me Shyamalaji, and as I cannot sign myself off as Shyamalaji😉, I use my full name, which has now been abbreviated, for the sake of convenience, to my initials. That is it!
