This FF has seen Shailaja moving from Politics to Romance to Marital Problems to Diplomatic Relations, and now to light Comedy with so much ease ... 👏⭐️

This entire chapter would have made Avantika jump with joy. This is her genre of interest. She must be biting her nails for the upcoming chapters. Hai na Avantika ?

Ok, Chapter 31 :

I just Loved Arjun's character - as a Prince, as a Host, as a Brother. Right from his introduction, he is a perfect BG material, that every mother would long for her daughter.

Conversation between Chandra and Durdhara was so light and entertaining. A perfect legpulling between childhood friends who have grown up together, and are now Husband and Wife.

Like all others, i loved the "Tum ek stree ho ?" dialogue from Chandra. 😆 And suddenly Chandra in this chapter has become Jalal from JA - desparate to get Jodha's approving nod 🤣

And her comment with total amusement "What wouldn't I give to be in Nandini's room today night to watch what all you were going to speak and how you are going to act in her room today!" - was so unlike the cartoon bunny Durdhara from the Show. 😉

And you get to see a glimpse of mature Durdhara when she goes "But both of you have a beautiful present in your hands. Why can't both of you live it to the fullest with no reference to either your past or future? I am your friend and I see no need to hide behind sophistication and wordplay. I will not mince my words. I see a definite connection between both of you." . She is a woman who is mature enough to be a friend, an adviser and wellwisher when her husband needs one,... and a wife who enjoyed all the attention that her husband was giving her during the trip. And knows perfectly well what makes Chandra happy. The lines in Bold needs an applause 👏

Coming to your words shaillu i was laughing for the fact chandu is so buddhu even a fool fooled him just thinking about it had me laughing,imagine if if he says to that nandani yeh to gaya

I was planning to give myself a break. But just couldn't resist reading one last time before I went off. Old habits die hard you see! What makes you think Chandu will really say all that stuff to Nandini? He asked Durdhara for an opinion as he was unable to understand Nandini or her behavior. Whether she pities him, likes him, why she shrinks back from him, is it dislike, or why she is so comfortable around Arjun while she is not with him. He didn't say he was surely going to act upon Durdhara's advise. He was rehearsing it a bit, but he could give up his plans when he sees how atrocious the whole thing sounds even to him. What does it say about Chandragupt's own intellect and thinking capabilities if he is going to follow Durdhara to the tee? Comedy will be there but for very different reasons, but definitely not this comic love confession. It will never take off in the first place.

well it is your story but whenever i read i do imagine and you writeso well just thinking out loud and nothing else,love can make one do foolish ness and nothing to do with intelligence nor a reason not do foolishness

Lots of people do read not even handful hardly press like or even small fraction take pains to comment... we cant really blame them...because encouragimg or giving constructive reviews is not every ones cup of tea... Personally i love your Chandragupt. ... Though i sympathize with Nandini, I admit i have fallen for him..the way you write the story is so pristine like Ganga... there is pure love which can be felt...

i have no issues how ever the cgm is going to love Nandini... Its nice treat to read..

coming to Durdhara, Since tgeh are friends, she will always see him as one. THERE WILL BE NO CONJUGAL FEELING IN SUCH RELATIONSHIP. .it was perfect... you have justified those scenes...

I come to learn new new words from your ff...
