Aunty, I really have nothing much to add. I have exhausted all that I wanted to say in my previous posts in your previous thread. I think the only possible reason is because CVs want Chandra and Nandini to be in the same frame again.
Now, for some reason, I am getting my second and third thoughts about the order of Pathnis. Is Nandini going to be the second wife followed by Durdhara as the last? My CV vibes are giving me this feeling! I may be wrong anyhow! There is no mention anywhere of Durdhara. I don't think they have more than two weeks to waste over getting Chandra married to their lucky number of 3 wives. So, supposing the entire war was done in a week and Chandra got married to Nandini and then the Durdhara drama begins, and that marriage too is concluded in a week.
Who cares, my dear. Not I! Once Nandini is on board, and the catfights between her and Helena begin, the TRPs will soar, and that is all I am interested in right now!
Aunty did anyone here praise Nandini except Bharat Mata of course? Whatever or whoever Helena is, narcissistic or not, she is much better at the present moment than Nandini. As a matter of fact, she is very likable and relatable. She looks just like any other human being I might have met. I just tolerate Nandini waiting for her to grow up and redeem herself. I find her totally unbelievable in some respects.
No, no one else that I know of except that old lady, who seems to have lost her marbles.😉 I agree with you re:Helena, and I have made that amply clear thru this post, beginning with the title! Nandini has not had a single good line or a single tough scene as yet, When the latter comes, we shall see how she copes with them.
As regards, Chandra's disguise, how would one similar to the old school crony of Chanakya suit him? Padmanand, Rakshas, or Nandini, or all three put together will not discover him in such a disguise. I hope something solid comes out of this spying mission:
Like Gollum?? Good Lord! Run away and hide quickly, kid, for Anjali and the rest of the Rajatphiles will be after you with a hatchet for making such a ghastly suggestion!😆 But there was a solid gain from this mission, which did not go off as badly as I expected.
If the heroine of Rab ne bana di jodi could not recognise SRK 1, her husband, in the only slightly jazzed up version of SRK 2, then here at least Chandra has a moustache and a beard!
1) Meeting Moora and Vaishali and finding his truthful lineage and about Nand's atrocities to his family.
Yes, but sans Vaishali for now.
2)Sneaking in a few of his men inside and opening the fort doors for a surprise night attack.
Don't know. Seems to be more a case of sneaking the Nandputri out than anyone in!
3) Winning over Malayketu by clever persuasive skills and switch sides at the very last moment to the Chanakyan side because he sees more benefit in remaining with his former guru than with Nand and his Putri Nandini.
No, dear, I doubt very much if this would work with this Malayketu, though I understand that historically, Malayaketu was an ally of Chanakya and Chandragupta for the assault on Magadha, and that later, Chanakya eliminated him smoothly thru a vishkanya with whom the stupid chap was conveniently besotted.
PS:1) Malayaketu landed fortunately the first time at Magadh for the engagement. The second time, he was already present at Magadh to help them in the second battle. But I feel what is actually helping Nand and Co by having Malayketu on their side is the fact that he was also a very old student of Chanakya just like Chandra. So he seems to be able to put himself in Chanakya's shoes and anticipate perfectly what kind of schemes or war strategies he was coming up with. This makes it easier for the Magadhan side to be fully prepared in war. And I did not get another thing while watching. Was the spy who was caught working for Nand and Rakshas or for Malayketu?
The first point is clever and plausible, but I do not think that the CVs are up to handling such complications. This is not the 1990 production!
The last point was not clear, though Chanakya referred to his spying for Magadha, not for Malayaketu,
2) Is Chandra going to steal Rakshas's royal mudrika and are Chanakya and Chandra going to use it to weaken the Nandas as was shown in the classic ancient Indian play
Now this would be something! Maybe, like the hot roti sequence, they might use this one too!
3) According to history, Chanakya used dancers and courtesans as spies in his spy network along with male spies. Will that happen on the show?
I would want that only if they can produce a slinky, gorgeous temptress for the role. Not an overweight female shaking her limbs arhythmically!😆
