All good things come to an end...but sometime it is just too soon.

Mayank Gandhi, who had recently joined Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat (Colors and Contiloe) has shockingly parted ways with it.

The actor, who shot for mere three days is no more part of the show. He was barely seen in a couple of episodes.

Reason?

Well the creatives decided that his track was not working according to plans, and thus they decided to scrap it off.

Shared a source related to the show, "The creatives met and discussed with Mayank about his character not working. Although shocked, the actor mutually decided to step out of the show."

When we spoke to Mayank he said, "Shockingly and unfortunately I had to move out of the show. But there are priorities that the channel and creatives need to cover with other characters. I look forward to working with them in the future and have no hard feelings against them."
