Disclaimer: This post is NOT about Mohit Raina, Somya, Siddhart, Kajal or any actor so all the haters or fans please leave the sensitivity outside.

Now my frustration: I have been following this show since the start.. loves each & every character, story (even if there is more fiction than fact) and overall pace. I was excited about the leap as felt it was the right time (not coz of being a fan of new actors)... they possibly can't show the whole life of ashoka in the teenage so it was getting a little drag (love Side so no bashing here)

However seems like right after the leap it's a total different show I am watching... where is Ashoka's intensity, cruelty, and passion to see the swatantra bharat... feels like CVS lost the track somehow and instead of showing CHAND Ashok they started writing for Devdas Ashok... Kaurwaki scenes are torture (talking about character NOT actor) ... Devi scenes at least have logic so don't mind it (till they are making sense)

I am just upset that how I was so excited too see the show taking new heights, and how everyday I hope and pray that CVS somehow get the original writers back (as right now my only guess is that they are on vacation) and show the intense Ashoka I have been waiting for.. the sushim ashoka scenes that use to bring a different level of emotions is what I am waiting for... please bring my show back CVS

This is the reason I didn't want any leap. 😆 I knew something like this would happen.

Before the leap, there was an eagerness for the episodes to come online but now I watch it at last. That proves how the show changed. I know many feel the same. You are right, there is nothing about the old CAS anymore.

We hardly see Sushim, Siamak, Bindusar. Because 15 min they waste on showing AshWaki's love story. The other 5 min is to show Devi and his father.

I really want to see that old Ashok who was craving for the revenge and the throne. I am eagerly waiting to see Bindu and Ashok in one frame. This time I want Ashok to be arrogant.

The CVs have so many things to show yet they are not working on them. Did they take the leap so that they can show a love story only or they really wanted the leap for the history ? I doubt now. 🤔

@bold... this has been the point of discontent for many of us... we want to see an indifferent ruthless ashoka who is not even cowed down by his momma's Saugandh.. but instead we get belly dancers..

this week was still WAY MUCH BETTER in terms of action .. but still clarity is required vis a vis Ashok's portrayal
