But still some questions will remain. Even if it's proved that there's a fake AD, how'd that prove that Ashok is innocent ??

Fake Ad to pakar ne kuch nehi hogi. Ashok was caught red handed with a bloody knife in a closed room where only A n Ahan were present, so it's pretty simple either of them has done it.
